I have called this location multiple times. No one ever answers. Same with 800#. Rings forever and no one picks up. Trying to check delivery but automated wants tracking # etc. How can I give you this info. when I cannot get anyone on the phone and I have received nothing. Because of big snow storm, I am unable to get my car out of the driveway. Has been this way for several days. What would you like to do???

I live in Spencer Creek and we have had the pleasure of having Tommie Studer as our mailman for 17 years. This man goes way above for the customers on his route. What a wonderful experience it was to get to know him and see the effort he puts into his route to get to know everyone and makes sure your mail is there on time. Thank you Tommie

2/18/20 - Horrible Service - Do not receive mail on time. Today I received three letters which were post marked 2/11. Other business in the building receive the mail for different business in the same building. Apparently getting mail the correct slot is a challenge. We have had countless numbers of postal workers - most completely incompetent. Time for a Management change - Terrible Service!

Sick and tired of our mail going into the wrong mailbox 😣 We have lived here 3 yrs 121 St James Ct Queenbrook Village 100 63376 now the new carrier is throwing mail in others boxes the neighbors are upset so am I. Important things we're getting late and we've been charged late charges for our insurance and things of that nature this needs to stop immediately please hire competent people that really want to work and do a good job who will take their job seriously. Very unhappy. by the way why is it that your carrier s don't wear postal uniforms?? we don't know who is going in and out our mailbox we don't know if they work for the post office or not what happened to uniforms,? They need to wear something that identifies them as a postal worker.

This is the best post office branch I have ever used! Employees are unfailingly polite. At rush times, like Christmas, they get extras in to set up help at the self-service stations and a special line for easy matters, like buy stamps or drop off prepaid packages. I go out of my way to use this branch of the USPS.

For 20 years we have had our mail mixed up with a house on the next street that has the same number. I think it is because they are sorting on the address numbers and not the last name which would probably solve the problem.

Same here. My mail gets mixed up with another house same street name but one is drive the other is court. But for years now since we have a wonderful mail carrier it does not happen on her watch, but when her sub takes over on her day off it continually happens.

I'd like to know why your carrier refuses to close the mailbox after delivery. Nearly every day ... rain or shine the box is left open. The carrier gives the door an upward "slap", if it closes it closes if not... who cares. Late December, early January, we went out of town. Took down all Xmas decorations so as not to attract attention. Came home after being gone four days, mail box wide open with mail showing anyone driving around looking for easy pickings we are not home. Is the carrier advertising for thieves we are a good target and not home?

My complaint is not with the post office it is with the mail carrier who services our business. He is the most unprofessional and rude mail carrier that we have ever had. He is not courteous or polite in anyway. He will not answer any questions or speak to me. I would really like to have this route reassigned as soon as possible.
