I opened my mailbox today 2200 block of Rule Ave 63043 and my mail was CRUMPLED UP IN A BALL(INTENTIONALLY) and shoved in the box. BCZ the mail carrier put SOMEONE ELSE'S BIG PACKAGE in MY BOX, and evidently got pissed that they could not fit MY MAIL!!! ALSO, myself, and my neighbors are complaining about getting other peoples mail a LOT lately!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Where's the accountability??? PLEASE ADDRESS THIS WITH THE MAIL CARRIER SO IT DOES NOT CONTINUE

For several months now our neighbors have delivered our mail to us because your mail personnel couldn't. Today I had to take my neighbors to them. This has been happening for several months now. I reported it last year but nothing has changed. It's time to stop blaming Covid and get your folks to ditch the phones and ear plugs and concentrate on their job.

To whom it may concern: I wanted to let you know that this is the 4th Saturday this Fall Season that we have not received mail and/or packages by whomever is taking our norm mailman's place on Saturdays but it is UNEXCEPTABLE! Amazon (and other delivery companies) are depending on USPS to deliver items (during the holidays especially) and this is the 4th email I have received saying USPS could not deliver. TWO excuse emails were that the doors were LOCKED at a certain time when I was sitting in my office, lights on, music going and doors UNLOCKED. Another time was the "front entrance" was either LOCKED or blocked?? Cars "sit" in front ALOT waiting for people to come out of Dollar Tree/Schnucks, we cannot help that. The weekday mailman will park a little behind the "waiting" car and deliver without a problem! I think whomever is taking the place of the weekday mailman on a Saturday is too LAZY or in a huge hurry to get done that they just drive on by and make some excuse. I would like to hear back from someone regarding this problem. We are in Schnucks plaza, Orlando's Conference Center off Dorsett/McKelvey. I do hope this problem will be solved, and soon! Thank you

ONCE AGAIN, THE MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO POST OFFICE SCREWED UP A PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED TO ME. ARRIVED IN YOUR OFFICE ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2017.......AND, YOU SENT IT TO THE "O'FALLON, MO POST OFFICE", ARRIVING TODAY, DECEMBER 18, 2017, WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER FEW DAYS, WHEN IT WAS 5 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE................4 DAYS AGO! YOUR OFFICE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR THE CONSTANT ERRORS. I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

The management in this office is completely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I called today asking if I could come pick up my mail since it has not been delivered all week because a neighbors car is in front of our mailbox. Before I could even finish my sentence the manager cut me off and sell well you cant have a car parked there. I asked for a supervisor because the male I was speaking to was being so rude at which time he told me he was the manager and become ruder and disrespectful towards me.

The managers in this office are very unprofessional and you can tell they don't care when they mess up. The so called manager Patra never called me back as she stated she would never checked in to where my Certified mail was lost by them. I paid to have a service done and it wasnt and they don't care so I asked for her Manager ( Sonia) which was even worse to talk to. She came on the phone with attitude already and each time I ask her a question she was more rude. So I told her she didn't have to be so rude with me when I am the one who should be upset over my letter she then got loud and getto and hung up on me. Glad e pay these hood rats to work here.
