I've been trying to call for over a week to get a replacement key for our mailbox, no one answers the phone, it just rings until it had a busy signal. The few times the call did get picked up, they picked up the phone then hung up. If my employees did that they wouldn't have a job.


Just curious any reason there is very little mail delivered?


We live in Lakeridge Meadows and have nothing but problems with our mail carrier. She is CONSISTENTLY delivering mail to the wrong boxes. I did not receive my personal property tax bill because of her incompetence. It was returned to Jackson County as "undeliverable" so my account with the county was deactivated - creating a monetary penalty and ALSO the need for me to take a day off of work to go sort things out with the county Assessor. I have no idea what other important items I have not received because of her lack of attention. Thanks for doing a bang up job.


Horrible, location never answers the phone!! We've had the same delivery person for years who constantly delivers the mail to the wrong house! Almost everyone on our street has complained yet she still has a job! People on other streets that have her have had the same problems and also complained!! USPS wonders why they are financially in trouble?? Incompetent employees, poor customer service and if I want to make sure an item I ship actually gets there I have to pay extra to insure and track it!! Use FedEx or UPS!
