The employees should read these. And should be reprimanded. I wish the USPS would get torn apart and be made private. I ordered parts from Indiana, they shipped out that day March 20th, they arrived at Florissant Mo. location Saturday. I tracked it this morning the 26th. They said it has been sitting on their dock waiting for someone to pick it up or take it to another post office. I asked for the package so I could repair some windows for a young couple trying get approved to move into their 1st home. One lady was nice the other that overruled her said no and told the other lady it wasn’t any of her concern.

Own a business in Florissant and have not had any mail picked up or delivered in over a week. Hard to run a business when payments can get to it!!!! Have tried every number at post office and nobody answers just rings and rings, then disconnects. Stamps go up but service goes down.

WHY is my mail being delivered by a HOME BOY dressed like a GANGSTER in a black hoodie and pants falling off his ass? If he approaches me on site how will I know he is not some GANGSTER negro wanting to rob my house? WHERE IS HIS UNIFORM?

Today while at the Florissant Post Office, I inquired on my mail delivery due to delay at times in receiving my mail. At times I can receive my mail as late as 5:30- 6:00pm. I was informed via Supervisor that mail can be delivered as late as 8:30pm. Is there anything that can be done to receive my mail at earlier hours?

We currently have an awesome substitute mailman in old town. Who do I contact to see if he can become the regular mailman on our route. Is there someone I can contact to request this? Or at least let his superiors know he is doing an excellent service for our neighborhood! I have his name and would be happy to share my opinion and request to whomever is the appropriate person…not sure if it’s the postmaster?

The emoyees located at the Paddock or Hwy67ocation are beyond rude. They don't want to help anybody. The ratings are so low for all Florissant locations its an embarrassment . Why is nothing done to improve the quality of service its ad if there is no accountability or concern for job requirements.

I do not know who to address this email to, so I will start with you. As we are a church, we are also a business. We have mail going out everyday and would like to have mail delivered everyday. However, when our mail carrier is on vacation or his day off, we NEVER receive our mail. Why is that? Do you not have people that cover for mail carriers? Is there a reason this happens EVERY time? So, yesterday - Steve was off. No mail delivered or picked up. I call the Florissant post office often to complain about this - and nothing has happened. Today he comes in - picks up the outgoing mail that had been sitting there for 2 days and delivers a huge stack of mail for us to go through. Two days of mail for sure! I expect a response to this email. And a solution moving forward.

It would of been nice to have been told mail wasn't gonna be delivered all week due to the weather. Even nicer if when I called not to be scolded with rude customer service for asking about my mail. The government really needs to look into the kind of service this Florrisant location gives to the public.

I want to complain about the service I had from the post office in Florissant 2200 Hwy 67.I placed my mail on hold and I didn’t get it until a week later. I call several times before I was able to speak to someone. I had to drive to the office to get my mail and it was supposed to be delivered to my home. The reason I was so upset is because I was looking for my ballot and I am a handicapped senior and can’t get around well I would appreciate it if you would address this.

Terrible customer service! I spoke with the manager and he confirmed that the carrier delivered my package to the wrong address then went back to try to get it back and couldn't!! Wow... but wont offer me a refund..then when I asked about it, I don't get a call back! I think he stole my package and I did reach out to postal fraud and theft dept! They need new management to run that place!!

I’m a mail carrier delivering mail and I can’t even get my mail delivered. Working on day number 3. I have something very important coming and it’s been delay due to the postal service only delivering to certain houses and certain streets! Unacceptable!

We haven't received mail in 4days. The weather is great. I know with Covid 19 you are short handed but I would think if you don't get mail one day we should be getting mail the next day on the following day. If my bills are late are you going to pay the late charges? I don't think so.

I live in Florissant and some of my packages are consistently being delivered to an address that has the same numerical order, (1430) however, the street’s name is much different. Luckily, an honest person brought my package to me yesterday. These small packages are delivered via my USPS carriers to wrong houses.

Mail on my street in Florissant has not been delivered for two days. While Monday’s weather was not great, There was no excuse for missing delivery on Tuesday as well. What ever happened to “neither sleet or snow, etc”? Dates were Dec. 16 & 17.

Why was there no mail delivery on Tues, 12 Nov? I live in Sherwood Creek subdivision and know I should have received mail, especially since yesterday was a holiday (Veteran's Day). I always receive mail, sometimes so much that it is crammed into the mail box. It is now 8pm.

Changed the lock on our post box and confiscated our mail. Stated it was because we hadn’t paid, however, we never received a noticed that rent was due. USPS notified my insurance, banking etc of my new post office address, but couldn’t put a slip of paper in it regarding rent due.

SOMEBODY NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Even after filing a report with the post master a couple of weeks ago because I was getting other people's mail, and my mail was at a vacant house, along with other people's mail, my mail is still not being delivered to me! Last night got a TRACKING notice that my package had been delivered, it had not been delivered to me! Walked to the vacant house next door and it was in the mailbox there! This mail person even had to scan the package when delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! This is ridiculous!

This is the worst post office ever been to. Employees are slow, lazy and have no concern for customer service. I also had 3 envelopes lost over the last year mailed from this location which never made it to addressee When in lobby and needing service takes a long time due to slow and unmotivated employees.

Awful customer service, especially a sales associate named Devin. Very unhelpful, rude, and wrong about their own companies policies and procedures. Made getting my passport a real pain in my backside for me to call the number he said couldn't help me and have it squared away within 5 minutes. Go to a different location, all of the ones I went to before this were great, really regret coming here. No concern for customers or what they have going on or the severity of any situation since it's not "theirs". Huge huge huge mistake coming here, and I won't ever make it again.
