What is going on with the USPS in Brooklyn Park? We have gotten mail delivery only 1 day in the past 8 delivery days (Sunday not counted). Outgoing mail is left in the mail box, so obvious that no postal worker is running the route. Packages sent USPS are delayed for days past promised delivery date. Phone is never answered at the Edinbrook Terrace location. I'm told the postmaster and supervisor are "not available" when I've made the effort to complain at the post office. There is nothing the workers at the desk can do. We as residents are screwed and have no recourse for the horrible service from this location

I have complained several times about not receiving mail I get the same response about the snow ridiculous the snow has been shouted enough for the mailman to drive up and stick his arm like the supervisor said to put the mail in the box. I am fed up I filed a complaint over the phone no help still so now I'm going to seek legal help through the state this is ridiculous to have to get a lawyer involved.

I live at 7783 York Lane North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443 and am extremely dissatisfied with the way packages are delivered. The soft flexible mailing bags/envelopes are being folded in half and crammed into my mailbox and because the opening is smaller on my side of opening, and the box is larger where the mail person puts in the mail you make it impossible for persons with a hand disability to get things out of the box. When the four boxes are full why is it packages cannot be dropped off at the address? I see the mail truck back into my driveway to deliver to the other three addresses around me but not me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have three orders from Amazon which have all been transferred to the USPS. All three packages are lost. WTF? this post office is unfit to be in operation. I have asked Amazon to please stop transferring my packages to this post office. I suspect they have a bunch of thieves working here. either that, or my mailman is a thief. either way I have three missing packages with no answers on any of it.

Worst Post Office ever. It is 12/27 and have not received my mail (nor has anyone else in our neighborhood) since 12/19. I call and no one answers. What a terribly incompetent group. I have had a package "out for delivery" since 12/19. I'm sick, so I guess I better go into the post office and spread my sickness to everyone else just to pick up my mail.

We have not had our mail picked up since Black Friday 11/25/22 and have not had a delivery of mail either. We are a business and have time sensitive mail to be picked up. Have attempted to call and no answer.

We still not get any of our mail delivered. Your own mail person left a rude note to us about (and slammed our door) blaming us for the snow the plows did not get the last snow. The boxes are not on our property and the car that was in the way does not belong to us. Do not appreciate getting rude behavior and just assuming the vehicle has anything to do with us. It is a public street. And they will not deliver any of our mail now and it has almost been a week. Days after the snow has been gone.

It is very discouraging and disappointing having to work with this branch. I had someone set up my address, either accidently or intentionally, for their forwarding and new mailing address. I have called the branch no less then twenty times over the last week and have never had someone answer the phone. I called another city branch and it was immediately answered. They sympathized with me and said the Brooklyn Park branch was notorious for this. He gave me a managers number to call and that line was also never answered. I called the 1-800 number for mail fraud and was told I would have to go in person to resolve the issue. There is not even an option to leave a message for a call back. I just now scrolled down my page and see I am not alone in experiencing this problem and it had been ongoing for some time.

Today is October 12th and our regular mail carrier was just here with the mail. We have an authorized lockbox out front that needs a code to open, which she has. I ran out to give her some outgoing mail and she was incredibly RUDE. I told her I could just take the mail and she asked if our door was now open to the office, and I told her yes, as long as someone is here. She then told me she wasn't going to use the lockbox anymore and if we weren't here we just wouldn't get our mail. UNACCEPTABLE. You have the lockbox code, the box is USPS approved and you can't just hold our mail. Tried calling the branch and can't get a person. We use the Brooklyn Park post office in Minnesota at 5001 Edinbrook Terrace.

If Mike does not deliver mail, the substitute does not close the mail box. Isn't that a problem where my personal info can be compromised?

I have come to dread seeing Brooklyn Park in tracking a package, because once a package gets there, it stays there for weeks. In saying this I find that it doesn't bother me so much anymore, I'm so used to it, but I'm still curious what is going on there and how the problem they're having can go unfixed for such a long time, a year or more.

Nobody answers the phone. I know they're very busy so why not have a answering machine to leave a message. Or another way to get hold of the staff when it's something important. I range literally dozens of times today. It eventually goes to a busy tone. Very frustrating as there's no way to get a message to them or ask a question.

We have for the last 30 years had excellent service from our post office, but something has change this holiday season. Some days we receive no mail at all, other days it may show up but you never now when to look. We have contacted the post office but nothing has changed and no explanation given. Customers deserve some communication as to what the problem is and how it is being dealt with, otherwise the feeling is you don't give a dam about the people you serve and who pay your salaries.

Since the 2nd quarter of '18 receiving the Wall Street Journal by mail except for two weeks distinct from each other has been horrendous! For example and this is NOT atypical, my Fri., Sat., editions from last week and Mon. edition of this week have yet to arrive! They could arrive today or maybe not. WSJ Customer service has designed my area has problematic! USPS is losing money and with this kind of customer service to WSJ and to me explains why!

The mail is consistently late. I have the email USPS that let's you see what is coming for the day. I was supposed to receive a letter almost two weeks ago and never got it. The post office should hire more people. It is not fair for the customer to pay higher prices while receiving poor service.

We are not getting our mail on time if at all. We sometimes don’t get it until later evening. Also with the Amazon delivering with USPS it’s worse than ever. Packages that need to be brought in off the stoop are not being delivered on time. For instance today, now, it is 7:45 pm and we have not had mail delivered since 3 days ago and our amazon delivery is not here tho it’s “out for delivery”. We are very unhappy since the mail service took on the Amazon deliveries. Thank you, Dave B.

Lamar Wallace is extremely rude and has no knowledge of customer service or social skills. How he is a supervisor is beyond me.
