Terrible post office. I came in around 11am. There was no one at the front. Took a couple minutes for someone to come up. They had no priority mail boxes. One was too small and the other was too big. I had packing stuff with me so I modified the bigger boxes to fit my package. The old lady with long blonde hair behind the counter watched me for 30 minutes modify the boxes, tape them up and label them. When I brought them to the counter she said she couldn't take them cause I had modified them. Sooooooo she sat there and watched me do it just to tell me that she could accept it? What a beech. If that's what your hiring for the face of USPS you need to do some serious customer service training. In the end I took them to another USPS office which gracefully took them. I will never use this location again.

I wanted to know how much postage I need for a 9x11 envelope that weighs 4.7 oz. I couldn't find it on the web, I called the annex and they could not tell me, I called the Fridley branch. It took over 1.5 minutes on hold. He finally said it would be $1.60 but he would put $2.00 on it to be safe. I had already told him I used a postage scale to weight it.

It is my understanding that there is a "hiring freeze" at the post office and the current employees are working under a "mandatory overtime". So I wish to personally thank the individuals at my local post office, 55432, for their hard work.

WHEN I MOVED IN MY APARTMENTS I FILLED OUT THAT FORM FOR THE MAIL MAN TO LEAVE MY MAIL. I RECEIVED A FEW PIECES THEN IT STOPPED COMING. I DID NOT THINK TOO MUCH OF IT BECAUSE MY MAILING ADDRESS FOR ALL OF MY BUSSINESS NEEDS IS ELSE WHERE. HOWEVER, THE MAIL MAN STOPPED LEAVEING MY MAIL AND CAUSED MY UTILITIES TO BE SHUT OFF BECAUSE THEY WERE SENDING EVERYTHING BACK TO SENDER. I AM GOING TO LOOK INTO FILING A LAWSUIT.

I do a bulk mailing every month at this office. I found the folks here to be very helpful and efficient. I really appreciate their constant attempts to help me. I get there early in the morning to avoid any line or rush.

I went to the Fridley Post Office around 11:00 this morning. They had one person working and about 8-10 people waiting in line. This happens all the time. They are very slow and it is very frustrating. Either they have no help or the help must be on break. People walked out today because it was taking so long. Can't something be done???

Seriously expected to stand in long line to buy a stamp. No self service.
