Postal Locations

I live at 36112 Abbey Drive. There is a box on the street were all people on the street get their mail. The box also has two large areas for packages. A key is left in our mail box to either #1 or #2 if we have a package. There is a problem with box #2. I have a key in my mailbox to get my package out of box #2. Either the key or the lock is broken. I am not able to open the box and get my package. I have had this problem before, but I jiggled it and was able to open. But now it has gotten worse. I have tried calling many times, but can never get anyone to answer. I am not going to pay you $1. I did not cause this problem.

I have been waiting for a package that was to be delivered today 10/29/2021 It was not delivered as Fed Ex states it is delivered by USPS I have been home all day and did not receive the package

I just watched the postal employee hand someone not living at the intended address give a guest the mail to take to the house. Federal issue. Fix it. I go days without mail which is weird. I receive grocery flyers days after the sale starts. SE Westland 48186 zip code.

The practice of placing important mail inside junk mail is an on going problem. Overlooking important mail has resulted in late payments of utility bills. Please refrain from placing important mail inside junk mail

My package apparently landed in Westland MI Dec21, should have been delivered Dec24. Its Dec27. NOTHING. Get your act together.

MAIL SERVICE SEEMS TO BE AT AN ALL TIME LOW. I HAVE HAD TO PAY THREE CHARGE ACCT. LATE FEES BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET MY PAYMENT ON TIME, WHICH I ALOUD 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR. MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY TO HIRE BETTER HELP.

I'd like to volunteer to help process mail. What's going on with the PO right now stinks and effects everybody badly. Anyone else want to pitch in like REAL Americans? How about it, people -- stop whining and start working to fix a problem.

I have moved to my child's home. My house will be sold. I need the address change to be permanent. I have made the request to forward all mail with this address to South Lyon address. I am still receiving mail at 33785 Yuma Street.

my deliverer is losing my mail i had to pay fees for late payments, please train your workers better to deliver to the right house

I live in a condo complex with congregate boxes. The package locks have been difficult for quite some time. Today i had a package arrive and the key was put in box as it should have been. The problem however is that the key will no longer fit in the lock much less open. When I called the post off I got in loop which although it had a substantial number of options problems with congregate mailboxes was not one of them. Since the push is to get as many people as possible to on that system its unfortunate that the system does not address this problem since it is apt to get worse, not better. Other than this problem I'm a very satisfied customer.

Why do the postal carriers have to constantly walk on my lawn? There are signs everywhere on the lawn on the mail box yet they still disrespect my property. I am growing tired of this and I will first post no trespassing signs then take each carrier to court for the damage caused from constantly walking on it. Laugh all you want It Can Be Done. Then I will also get the post office because I have written eight (8) letters asking for it to stop. SIDEWALKS ARE FOR WALKING ON GRASS IS TO LOOK AT. I am done playing. Why is it so hard to respect someones property? STAY OFF MY LAWN THERE ARE SIGNS - I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE NECESSARY STEPS.

Been calling for two days now ....... can't get through or get connected. I have a tracking number for medication that was not delivered per tracking number ......... it was for heart meds. Horrible that I cant get anyone to answer phone
