Certified mail not delivered even though we are always home indicated by our only vehicle being home.. the post lady almost ALWAYS just leaves a "sorry we missed you!" There are NEVER new attempts to deliver! Unacceptable! I have gone into the post office personally before this to complain but still NOTHING has changed!

We have had a lot of problems with our mail being delivered, with poor excuses, just this week on Saturday we received notice that a pkg could not be delivered even though the garage door was open. And we were home. This would be bad if it was medication we had ordered. This has happened multiple times. Are they just too lazy to put the effort into doing their job?

I have been having a hard time getting mail delivered. My twp clerk mailed my absentee ballot 7/11/20. I still have not received. I had a check mailed to me on 7/9/20 and still have not received. Today I received notice from amazon that the PO returned a small package without reason. What is going on?

Posted retail Hours are : "8:30 am to 10:30 am" on Saturday at Kewadin, Michigan post office. But when I got there this morning ( 4-18-2020) just before 10:00 am, the doors to the retail window were locked. This has happened before. May be you need to update the hours on the web? Thank you!
