Recently put our mail on hold while we were out of town over the holidays. Upon returning home, the mail was not delivered. My wife inquired about this with the post office and she was told the mail had been delivered, however... We still had no mail. My wife left a review on the post office site to comment on the problem. To which the Pinckney postmaster called her up to argue with her saying that it HAD BEEN DELIVERED! and then hung up. About a week later we received a bundle of mail in our door, Come to find out it had been delivered to our neighbors who were also on vacation. They returned it to us when they got home. Which resulted in my DTE electric bill being late. So I guess they weren't lying, however they did not deliver the mail to the correct address and yelled at my wife about it so... That is cool. Also postmaster, if you would like to call me up and explain the situation better without hanging up on me I'm all ears, but it seems that you might have dropped the ball on this one, I would be willing to accept an apology at any time.

They lose your mail then lie about it. No one will take responsibility.

I had a package delivered today that would not fit in the mailbox, so it was left on the porch which is appreciated. However, what was not appreciated was the postal carrier turning around in my driveway and driving on my grass. If the carrier is unable to back out of a driveway, perhaps she should not be driving

The workers here are gems! They have helped me on so many difficult situations, even when they're short-handed and busy. On one occasion, PAYPAL and their scam overseas businesses insisted they delivered an item....they did not. But I had to fill out postal forms I've never heard of in order to recieve my credit. These people just what I was being put through and helped me at every turn this scam took. They are VERY helpful and as friendly as possible under the ridiculous work conditions they contend with.

I suggest calling the main post office in Troy. See if they can help you or at least give the info on who can help.

Mail is always on time. I’ve lived in the Pinckney area for over 30 years and never had an issue.

I live at 11445 Algonquin, Pinckney MI, 48169 Your carrier keeps delivering my mail and packages to 11445 McGregor. I just had the person who lives at the McGregor address bring me a handful of packages left at his mailbox. This is for the Post office in Pinckney on M36 (Michigan).

Worst service ever. We have been having our mail forwarded for 12 years. I have called 3 times to no avail. They are still delivering our mail to our home. We called 5 times yesterday, let it ring 20 times. No answer. They definitely have a problem. I have reported them to the Main Post Office. See what happens.

Placed a hold mail request online on November 20th. Request mail be held from 11/21-24 and delivered by the carrier on Monday, November 26th. As of 11/28 at 3 PM, I have received no mail. Please direct my mail be delivered Thursday, 11/29. I tried to phone but was placed on hold forever. Not a happy customer!!!!

Did not receive mail yesterday (1/16/18). Post carrier lied and said was unable to access the front door - waiting for package with furnace part bc it stopped working. Stayed up until 9pm waiting but no none one on our street got their mail. This is completely unacceptable!!
