Mailman sucks. Informed delivery says I have packages due today. But no packages show up. Been going on for months and nobody will do anything about it.

I have had multiple problems with getting packages delivered to my son in Clarklake, Michigan through this annex. From late arrivals, returned items never delivered, to the latest which was a destroyed certified letter torn open and stuffed in the mailbox unsigned, the list of incompetency within this annex is astounding. I am dismayed that the great state of Michigan allows such an agency under the guidance of the United States Government to continue to operate under such low standards. I urge anyone with similar problems concerning the Jackson Carrier Annex to contact their senators and representatives to initiate a change.

I find it shocking that people are not aware of the supply chain issues since this pandemic started. USPS Is a part of the supply chain and we have been deeply affected by the slowness of imports. If you want a speedier delivery, buy American made and your purchases may be expedited.

You and me both Tracie - I have mail that has been missing since the beginning of the month! They are literally not delivering my mail ... it shows up in my Informed Delivery but not in my mailbox... this is insane.

Jackson...Very very poor....will not answer the phone. My postmaster general emailed also and they haven't answer him either. Trying to find a package that has been at their facility for weeks!

I’m so disgusted with your service. I moved from KY to Michigan and still haven’t gotten a piece of mail at my new address in MI. I’ve also ordered merchandise from China I’ve not seen in 4 months. I’m absolutely as upset as I can possibly be.

Well I had a new carrier May 4th that says he deliver two packages to my address neither of these packages was delivered to my address I have called the post office the 1-800 number they gave me my claim number told me an agent from a local agency would call me haven't heard from them so I called Walmart today to see if they received the packages back they have not and informed me that my case was only open 24 hours with USPS and they close the case. I'm not happy at all and there's a Facebook post two other people's packages from that day was also supposedly delivered and they have not received theirs either. That's not right we order packages pay for it and then we don't receive it and then there's no way we can get our money back that's absolute BS.

Bab mailing company i have inform delivery and it lets me know every day if i have a letter or package and it said out for delivery today my check for 1700.00 but was not delivered mail carrier stealing money run of with check there supost to delivery then they say they dont knowcwhat happen or were that piece of mail is this is my empack check for covid 19 they cant find any other way to serve why work for the mail company if you know you like to steal checks out of the mail box i cant believe what this world is coming to ....

ATTN: Crystal Jones - Jackson Carrier Annex Once again I have been disappointed by my supplier and the USPS in not getting back in a timely manner. This is in regards to service request #08692950, tracking #9400111898693868402807. I implore you to take the time to find and deliver my purchase and get back with me with the steps taken to improve your processes which will make sure this doesn't happen to myself or any other one of your customers in the future.

Dear post master This is the second time I’ve ordered a next day pkg and your delivers email sender and say could not get in to building to leave my pkg. Today was very important, our daughter was leaving back to the Air Force from leave. And you screwed it up again. And I’m out the next day shipping because your employees are to lazy to drive across town. And they tell you they could not get in the building to deliver. I live in a house and we were home all day. And we had our daughter waiting till 8 pm for it to be dropped off. I’m going to post this to all the military sites and let them know we can’t count on usps do follow thru. Thank you for your time. I live at 3550 Catherine St. here in Jackson. My mail frequently ends up at at the neighbors who live at 3350 Catherine St.. Yesterday I was to receive a pkg. #9400109699937505653028 and Ebay says it was delivered. Well, it wasn't delivered to 3550. WHat can you folks do to help?
