The drive didn't even try to deliver my package today but marked it as unable to deliver/obstructed delivery area. Do better. There are NO obstacles or gates. She just didn't want to get out of the vehicle. Flying down the road. I tried flagging her down and she refused to stop.

My mother lives on Crouch Rd, 49201 and is 86 yrs old. The mail pick up and delivery is sporadic at best! She lives for he mail, and I get to hear about it every time they miss her house. She has called and complained but she can't hear very well. It appears her words have fallen on ears that cannot hear either. Just today her pick up was missed. A birthday card to her brother.

My address is 5250 Benton Road, Jackson, MI 49201. I returned home yesterday to found my mail wet and some magazines stuck together. This happened because my mailbox door was not shut tight, and it blew open during the rain storm last week. Please asked our mail carrier to ensure the mailbox door is secure at the top and pushed tightly.

The mail carriers are rude and lazy. Ive called about getting other peoples mail. And have told the mail carriers that if its not one of the two names posted on our mail box that it doesnt come here. I keep getting medical paperwork from insurance companies ( based kn the logos on the envelopes) and ive had three different people show up on my porch looking for their mail whih isnt okay. Ive called and told the post office this and was told that all mail besides the names i gave them would be stopped. That has yet to happen. What really pisses me off it that the mail i gave the mail carrier yesterday after it sat in the mail box ( half stuck out so the carrier would know to take it back) for two days i stoped him and told him this mail doesnt come here this is no longer their address and pointe dout that the names for whos mail comes to this address to posted on the mailbox, that same mail carrier dropped that same mail off again today and wouldnt take it back. I have told the people who came to call the post office to change their address and they said they had( who knows if this is true. ) i just am sick of getting potentially important mail for other people more then i get my own mail. This is ridiculous.

I could not pick up my mail for a couple weeks and I went down to my mailbox and there is no mail in my mailbox. Where is my mail and I was never notified that the mailman took my mail. I have tried calling numerous times and no one will answer the phone. This is terrible customer service. Please respond.

I live in Grass Lake MI in a fairly new neighborhood. We have a community mailbox where everyone goes to get their mail. The people seem nice but I grew up in Detroit. Today the 14th of Dec is the second time in as little as 10 days that the back of the mail box has been left wide open. and no way to close it and lock it without a key. Not sure who to send this to so can you please let me know if this is right or another contact office I need to report this too.

My packages are never delivered on time but when you track your package, it shows they been delivered. It is frustrating to track your packages since no one ever answers the phone ......

Our mail lady, Darla is great...she goes above and beyond. She takes extra steps to insure safe delivery of my packages and shes really pleasant.

We work at home and live in an apartment 3rd floor and mailbox is on the first. Our lazy mailman (woman) won’t go up the stairs for non-letters. Someone is home 24/7 but we get “Sorry we missed you while you were out” note and we have to go to the post office to pick up. Three times in less than a year. Tried to complain but does nothing. Other employees are aware of her doing that a lot. Guess that’s why no one wants to use usps because some employees are sketchy about delivering some items.

Our mailman jams small packages into our mailbox. Today he tried to old some piano music I had ordered. I got to the mailbox right away so that the music was not damaged. He does not want to deliver the mail to our front door unless he has to. I do not want him folding packages and jamming them into our mailbox!

Application for absentee voting sent to me from Jackson City Clerk June 11. Today, June 30 still not received. I can't pick it up in person (city hall closed). 9 blocks away from my house.

Mail is extremely slow in Jackson. My regular first class mail is running 2 weeks behind.

On May 29th I sent my house payment out. I put it in my mail box with some other mail to be sent. As of today my mortgage company has not recieved my payment for June. I had to do it over the phone on June 15th so I wouldn't be late. I had to pay an additional fee of $19 in order for them to do that. My question is could you find out if our mail carrier had a sub that day. It either was the 29th or 30th of May. Our reg. carrier is usually pretty good but she has had some subs that deliver just to deliver. I would appreciate any help in finding my mortgage payment if at all possible. Thank you

Very displeased 90% of the time my mails shows up at 5:30 pm or later sometimes 6-7:30 you can deliver my paper mail but can’t drop my package off that I’ve been waiting two months for and you’ve had in you’re truck for two days?!? Can’t find my address my ass!!! 🤬🤬🤬 very displeased as especially lately

This is L.E.Warren, Inc. At 1600 S Jackson St. Jackson. For the last 2 weeks+ we have been getting mail delivery only 2 days a week. We are open every week day from 7:00 am to 4:30 + . We need daily delivery. Can anyone help? Thanks! Leo E Warren

Because this has been an ongoing issue I've decided to bring it up. It seems whomever sorts the mail keeps sending mine to the neighbor approximately 1.5 miles away. Mr Krummrey and I have both gone to the Munith post office. I'm not sure the regular carrier is the issue. Twice this week my mail was delivered to Mr. Krummrey's. This is getting very old. Can not depend on to deliver packages. Order tracking will state delivered and it has not been delivered to us or the front office. Unfortunately, I have lost about 100 dollars worth of items this year, some were meant to be gifts and had to be replaced out of pocket because "there is nothing that can be done due to the item having been delivered." even though it was never received.

We moved from Jackson, MI 4/30/19. I submitted a change of permanent address a week before the move and we have not yet received our forwarded mail. The party that purchased my house called today to tell me that they have a bundle of my mail. I know I filled out the form correctly because a worker at the downtown office assisted me. What is going on??????

I live in a mobile home park off Parnall and no mail was delivered in the park yesterday....after no mail on Monday due to holiday....why?? Terrible service !

I been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now no update other then could not access yesterday so if they don't show I got to wait until Monday even though my roads have been plowed both days I'm so beyond angry and now my sidewalk and everything has been shoveled even around my mail box and no update or nothing thanks for making me wait on my package for camera equipment you jerks I get it the weather has been bad but you think if you couldn't deliver some people's mail yesterday you would do it first thing today but no 5pm and nothing get your stuff together come when the area is fresh plowed

I have spoken to my mail lady about this before. She apparently can't drive on the road, but instead drives through my yard to get to the next mail box. Im getting really sick of having to fix my yard because of this.

My route doesn't have a regular driver and the ones that pick it up are always late come on a Sunday sometimes..or not at all or delivered packages to wrong address. I have cameras and I know when they don't show.. Michigan center...

Since our original mail carrier has retired our mail has been getting delivered 7pm and later. Today, December 9th it is now 10:00pm and our mail has not been picked up. I live on Lee Rd and find this very difficult to accept not knowing when my mail is going to be delivered or if it is at all. What is going on?

I'm waiting for my mail to run and the mail man still hasn't stopped by he's normally here by 1 and I'm still waiting on my id and social security card it's been 8 days and the last time my id was here within a week

I am filling a complaint. This is ridiculous...trying to get a package from jackson to parma is quite a hastle. The tracking says it has been delivered to parma post office but it still sits at the jackson location and is not delivered until the next afternoon or later. I have made 2 trips to elm street (no success-they say its parma's fault and Ralph from parma kept trying to get the system changed before he left. No wonder i have most of my packages delivered by ups or fed ex.
