I live in a mobile home community for 10 years, and our mailboxes are located at the front of the community. The mailboxes have postal boxes with keys that can be put into the residents mailbox if they have larger items. Yet for many, many occasions the postal worker insists on shoving the box or package into our box and we have to open the package in order to try to remove it from our box. Luckily, our stuff is usually not that damaged to the point we've needed to complain. Until today, Saturday, October 11, 2025, when a $30 book I ordered was bent in half and shoved in there. It was in an amazon package, and very clearly thick, and they still felt it necessary to bend it and damage it instead of placing it in a box or, god forbid, driving a VERY short distance and leaving it on my doorstep.
I’m having so much problem about my mail . The time I was on my three months work for Amazon I lived on 4713 Drummond Boulevard SE Apt 101 I want to clear this out I am already back in Detroit Michigan . I haven’t gotten any mail from the Secretary of State . They kept returning the mail from the Secretary of State .I want to know it’s been a while I haven’t received any of my drivers license yet ???Please help . I’m here in Center Line Mi 48015
We didn’t get our mail Thursday, got a message saying our pkg couldn’t be delivered,at 8:30 pm. But our mail and pkg for delivered at 7:00 am today. And again at 11:00 am. This is like the 3rd time we haven’t gotten our mail. Apparently the new person. Can’t handle his new route. Not happy.
Why is the mail sooo late EVERYDAY!???? I moved her last Dec and my mail was here by noon. last night my mail was delivered at 6:15PM. Ridiculous!! PLEASE GET ONE PERSON THAT KNOWS THE ROUTE AND A SUB THAT ALSO KNOWS IT.
I live on 76th street and it's becoming a very busy street. I am taking my life in my hands when I cross to get the mail. Is there any way that the mailboxes on this street can get moved to the North side of the road as well as on the South.
I want to know why is my mail being sent back to the sender?? Please bring all my mail to this address 4134 Oak Park Dr SE apart #118 Grand Rapids, Michigan 49508. Bring all my mail to that address Asap.

terrible customer service. We ( a business) haven't received mail in 2 days. try calling the post office only to have it ring for 15mins and then to be hung up on. No chance in speaking to anyone to voice a complaint about the carrier, or the postal system itself!
no wonder why everyone has switched to electronic communication!
