My po box is 9834. I have been in the hospital and had no idea that the box was due. Can you please help me? I am 80 years old and very confused about the whole situation. You can call [number removed].


My mail has been very mixed up over the last couple of months. I understand it's a busy time of the year. However, I haven't been getting important mail and I have been missing packages. I have also received almost daily, mail that does not belong to me. I try to give it to the correct person, however, sometimes I'm not able to and I return it to a blue drop off mail box. Please correct this. I'm missing several packages that show on my tracking information that it was delivered weeks ago, yet I did not receive them. I also don't like my personal information including bills and medical letters in the wrong persons hands.
