I have had an issue with getting my re deliveries for packages. It's not my carrier. She is great!! When put in for a specific redeliver date, get a confirmation for it, and then it's sent out the next day//!!. It indicates to me that someone isn't reading or not getting the information to re-deliver on the CONFIRMED date. This is not the first time it's happened. It's medication from The VA, which is vital to my health. What's the problem. I know how this works, because my daughter is a postal worker in another part of the state. I consulted with her before doing this. Today is the 8th of July and I have until the 10th to pick it up before it is returned, but I do work for a living. I scheduled the delivery for last Friday, 03 July 2020. I was off that day and waited for the delivery. I waited for it just to find out it wasn't coming that day!!

Haven't been getting my mail according to the day my mail app says it was delivered says my stimulus check was here on Tuesday an I haven't received it yet will be calling tomorrow

Hello- I am writing because I have not been receiving my Kroger Grocery Store coupons in the mail. I called the Brightmoor location about this problem in 2019 and started receiving them but again I have not received the most recent mailing which was this week. I believe someone in the station is taking them and not the carrier and would like to have this situation investigated.

Infinity Apartments haven’t had mail delivered in over a week and I see where I get mail everyday do you know why the mail person isn’t delivery our mail I’m sorry I know about the situations that’s going on

Friday april 3, 2020. Postal carrier pull in my drive way slam his postal door on truck, but didn't leave any mail, when I went to ask him why, he ignored me, and pulled off in his truck like he was in a drag race for the finish line.

Need to file complaints on delivered mail on Oct 11,12 on 2019 both times delivered late almost 4pm and both times he (postman) walks across grass. Asked him not to. Keeps doing it .very disrespectful. Will make a call Monday. I wonder if he was in another area would he would disrespect others property?

I have been holding on the phone for a representative at the USP for one (1) hour and 30 minutes regarding a missing package that was suppose to be delivered on 12-20-17. The package was not delivered and I was home all day. No one rung the door bell or left a note saying when the package would be delivered. Initially the waiting time was suppose to be 40 to 50 minutes. However, a message is saying still hold for the next representative. UPS gave me the Toll Free # to call and track my package. But, no one has come to the phone after one (1) hour and 45 minutes. This time frame for a person to hold on the phone for a representative is totally unacceptable. Ms. Waterman
