I've never had to call the post office but I needed to report missing packages they say got delivered. Good luck on getting a rep on the phone! Wait times of more than an hour stinks! Amazon answered within 30 seconds with a live rep. They gave me a replacement, no questions asked and my purchases will be here tomorrow!! (iffey if it's the post office!) Now THAT's customer service! I'm pretty much a shut-in so going in person is not an option for me. No wonder Amazon is taking over delivery of their own sales. BTW, I live in a theft free neighborhood.
