I don't understand why the mail is SoOoOoOo slow! I sent two letters; one to Tennessee and one to Texas. They were just regular letters in the regular standard white letter or greeting card envelopes. The were condolence cards and for some reason it too over two weeks for the one letter to get sent to Texas and over three weeks for the other one to get to Tennessee and Tennessee is closer than Texas from here in Bay City Michigan. Plus under the circumstances since there was a death in the family I wanted the letters to get there as soon as it was possible and I put 4 forever stamps on each of the letters! The past few years the mail service has been terrible and this is not to mention some letters that never made it to their destination...I can see it being slow etc. when we were all threatened with covid but that is not the case any more so why is the service so terrible? Plus a while back we were forced to put our mail box up to the curb and if we did not we were told we would not get our mail delivered. This past month our mail box and the extra sturdy post was totaled and destroyed from the snow from the snow plows clearing off the road 3 times! It is NOT a good idea to have the mailboxes so close to the road because it gets destroyed over and over. especially when you live on a 4 lane road when the roads get plowed. Not to mention after it snows a lot I have fallen a few times this month and one of those times I actually fell in to the road because the mailbox is right at the curb and I was lucky there was a red light otherwise I would probably not be alive today. The front of my house is only about 4 feet from the road so it wouldn't hurt for our mailbox to be where it used to be right in front of the porch. How hard can it be and how long would it take for the postal worker to walk 3 to 4 feet? Now to be safe we have to actually take down the mailbox every time we get a good amount of snow because if we don't it will get destroyed and we can't afford to buy 3 to 4 mailboxes every month during the winter.

I just want to thank our postman in the banks area for our slopping wet mail today . Which included our magazines and wet bills that had to be opened after they were dried out. He knew it was a pouring rainy day he could of carried an umbrella with him on his route. i am sure he would also be upset if his mail delivered by his colleagues to his home were so poorly mishandled. He made sure he didn't get wet by wearing a coat and a hat. I know he was probably in a hurry to go and eat his lunch.

I fail to understand the rude, impatient, incompetent experiences I have had at the Washington Street PO. I had been flat out lied to on 3 occasions when dealing with their screw up which I believe was intentional because of a certain women working there and here sorry attitude. I won’t step foot in that building again.

I do have ask why the Saturday mail delivery driver never picks up my mail? I have the flag sticking straight up . during the week my mail person is awesome! the dude on the weekend is absolutely terrible! Like first day terrible . furthermore I’d like to thank him for being so lazy, as to not look inside a mailbox before putting mail on top of something that needs to be taken that’s half your job bud not too impressed. This is happened with an incredible frequency solid effort weekend monitor Township midland road mail delivery team, not really though .

Have not received mail in day's normal bills that have always been delivered no later than the 23rd of the month have not been delivered and it is now the 30th. I called the Post Office in Bay City Michigan get a recording that blames it on Covid this is no way to do business do your job all other essential employees are doing theirs. It's no wonder the Postal Service is in so much trouble get different leadership and get the job done people.

When a package from Amazon is scheduled for delivery on Sundays the USPS Tracking shows out for delivery. But I always get a excuse from Post Office couldn't get access to door or driveway. Funny thing is I am always home awaiting package and these problems do not exist. The USPS should live up to their contract or be honest enough to not list packages as out for delivery if their not going to deliver them. Or better supervision of their employee's activities.

We have lived in Bay City for just over two years. Why does it take mail so long to be delivered inside the city limits? Our Bay City Electric and water bill was mailed on 02/21/18 it is now 03/01/18 and we just received it. If it comes from out of town or state it arrives in a timely manner. But God forbid it’s mail withinn city limits!! What is up with the dreadfully slow service?

I bought a gold ring for my granddaughters birthday and the tracking information said that the package was delivered to my mailbox today and I looked every where, the package was NOT delivered here at my address. I did get a package but it was for something else. What happened to my package and where was it delivered to? The tracking number is: 94001099993904080817

I don't know what it is about closing the mail box but when we have a windy day, or a wind storm like last night and today some times the mail box door gets blown open. On days when the mail box door is "open" for some reason the mail carrier will not close it....I am not kidding, it happens every time. It happened today too and all of my mail was totally soaked all the way through. However the mail carrier did take the time to push the mail all the way to the back of the mail box but with the storm we had it did not help. If the mail carrier had the idea to push the mail all the way to the back, then why didn't they think to close the door, I mean at first I over looked it but this is ridiculous, and it happens every single time....other than that I have no complaints what-so-ever. The mail box is right outside my bedroom window so I always know when the mail is delivered if I happen to be home and in my room, so I have actually seen the carrier leave the door open several times in the past. It never had bothered me before but today all of my mail was ruined....
