Our mail carrier does a poor job picking up and dropping off our mail. Today we had several packages in the box that needed to be picked up. The carrier left the items in the box then put the delivered mail on top of them. Someone needs to contact me because we have had poor mail service for several years. This is unacceptable. We want a new carrier who is more responsible.

Never been good service at our home on 55 Oakmont. When we did have concerns there was never a compromise or an apology. Many issues I let go and didn’t even bring up including our neighbors complaining about similar issues with our carriers. Nevertheless never mind. Have a great day.

Tony Chila Our mail carrier has repeatedly acted irritated with the fact that sometimes she has to pull her mail truck on an angle to reach our mail box and sometimes even has to get out of her truck. We have three working adults that live in our home and soon four and we all have cars. Our driveway is not big and we have to park in front of our house as does numerous people that live on the same street. We try not to block the mailbox and most of the time we don’t because we all work and the cars are not there or in driveway. She never smiles and rarely speaks to us when spoken to and recently left us a note written on one of our letters(which I thought was illegal) and said: “mailbox blocked, this happens way too often.” We try to occomodate her but isn’t it her job to deliver the mail through rain, sleet or snow? We have had other instances that we have not said anything but now she has crossed the line. Not happy! T.

I know it may be difficult for these individuals to not block the mailbox. But, they don't have to deliver to mailboxes that are blocked. I fact your carrier still is.. you should could your blessing. Or else you could be driving to the post office to be picking up your mail. Something you need to think about.

Every single time I try to call this facility I'm either hung up on, the phone keeps ringing or I get a recording to enter a remote access code! I don't ever get a live person there! It's beyond frustrating! I don't have the time to drive over there just to get a simple question answered! I should not have to call the toll free number and go through all of the prompts just to have to wait for 30 to 60 minutes to answer a question that only takes a couple of minutes!
