There is an issue with this carrier on ferry he can't read numbers and refuses to deliver mail to the correct address. I keep getting mail that needs to go to a crack house. Then have the nerve to raise costs. If you hired competent people you'd cut costs by half

CLOSED OUR PO BOX IN JULY & WE STILL AREN'T RECEIVING MAIL AT HOME...?!?!

I went to get a mailbox key on Friday and was told it would take a few days and I would have new keys by Wednesday. Someone hand delivered my keys by 4:00 on Friday and I thought that, that was really fast. I had packages being delivered on Saturday and I saw the previous renter steal my package and drive off. The postal office was supposed to change the locks and not give me the same locks as the previous renter. The complex doesn’t give mailbox keys and are not responsible for that. If the postal office would’ve changed the locks like what was supposed to happen my items wouldn’t be stolen.

My husband watched the carrier literally walk to the front of our house in front of a sign that says "Please use back door" and threw our package a good 3 feet onto our porch. We do not have stairs and do not use the front door. Have complained several times. We are in our 70's and both have issues walking. Carrier has claimed he is afraid of delivering to the back yard. We live alone and have no animals, so we cannot figure out what his problem is other than being lazy. If the packages aren't thrown on the front porch, they are behind our shrubs in the front yard. Neighbors have also complained. PLEASE help us as this carrier isn't giving your department a very good reputation. It seems like trying to call is a joke, as no one ever answers.

Can not get any answer on the phone!!

Can’t get an answer on the phone. My parents mail carrier keeps leaving their packages behind a bush in the front yard and today didn’t even do that, tossed it right out of the truck window on to the ground.

What is going on in the pontiac sorting area. I mailed a letter at the drop box in Flushing on March 4th. The postal worker was emptying the box, said just slip it in the box and it will drop directly into my bin. All flushing gets sent to pontiac to get sorted.. It is now April 10th and my check still hasn't cleared. 36 days and att still hasn't recieved it. Good thing I went in and paid it the day before its due date or I would have had a big late charge. Sombody should get those sorting machines put back or the post office will lose lots of business. I am just one unhappy customer but I am sure there are thousands more out there unhappy with pontiac 's snail pace sorting problems.

To whom this may concern, I have a complaint about my mail carrier who took over after my old carrier retired which I've never had a single issue with. This carrier don't take time to close my 📬 and have left it open at least 4 times a week. Today I put note in my 📬 04-02-2021 To: Mailman PLEASE CLOSE MY BOX IT'S BEEN LEFT OPEN SO MANY TIMES SINCE YOU'VE BECAME THE NEW MAIL CARRIER MY CHECKS & MEDICINE ARE SEEN BY PEOPLE WHO PASS BY. I got the notification of my package being delivered and it never was. I’ve asked my neighbors and looked all over my front yard/porch. Waited another day to see if it would be delivered but still didn’t get it. I can’t get ahold of anyone on the toll free number and the number to this direct post office just rings and rings. How am I supposed to get any help about a problem you guys made when you won’t answer calls? I understand Covid is going on but IT WAS MARKED DELIVERED! I WILL come into the post office in person if this is not resolved quickly.

I would like to know why it is taking so long for my package delivered ? I was at the post office on January 4th sent my package certified mail was tou it would be delivered by the 8th to my surprise it still has not been delivered and today's date is 15th of January and still hasn't been delivered.! ! ! Very Disappointed in the USPS facilities in Michigan. I've been waiting for a package that I was hoping to get by Christmas that I ordered the 11th of December. I looked at the tracking and it said for 15 days it was in the Union lake Michigan USPS facility and just 2 days ago has finally been transferred to the Pontiac Michigan facility now I'm still waiting for my item to be out for delivery because I live on the east coast. SMH

I have had 4 envelope packages sitting at this Post Office for 12 days and have not been delivered yet. It is now 2 days before Christmas, no one answers the phone, and no information as to when they will be delivered. The delivery addresses are probably only 30 miles away, and they have made no attempt to deliver.

Envelope package has been through this post office four times since Thanksgiving. It’s now two days before Christmas and no package. Do away with post office and contract it out to someone how cares about their job. They know they are untouchable. Most useless people you will find at government post office or Secretary of State.

So, my mailman hasn't been taking my out mail! Which most of it isn't mine! I've been here going on 3 years now i don't know why it keeps coming here. So, I was returning that mail plus my outgoing mail. one day I found it on the ground and today he just stuffed it back in there with new mail which he has been doing for the past week!!!! I have important papers that should have been sent a week ago!!!!!! I want and need answers! This make no sense @ all!!!!! Do your job!

I handed a package (containing a cell phone to be returned) to the mailman personally. This was the week of May 16. Insurance company has YET to receive it. I get no answer at Post Office for answers!

I did not receive my package on the 18th. I’ve called the local post office over a dozen times and I don’t get anyone to help me.

I have been tracking a package with a Christmas present in it for a few weeks now. When I look at the tracking information, it was supposed to be delivered on December 7th. It has been at the Pontiac post office since December 6th. Today is December 22nd. The package has not moved, and I think it's lost at their facility. This is very frustrating. My Christmas present will not arrive in time.

Lately a lot of my mail has been getting lost. Not just any mail my important documents like passports. They are delivering my mail to the wrong people. Now I’m still waiting on another package that should have been delivered a week ago and it’s still not here. I was told that it might be lost. Can’t find out for sure because Pontiac post off won’t answer the phone. They won’t even update the tracking information. Pontiac post office are very unorganized compared to other post offices.

My package didn’t arrive, my tracking information state’s that it was out to be delivered and ETA by 8 P.M. 3/22/19. The tracking information states that it was never scanned as of 11 P.M. 3/22/19 and that it might be later than expected. I notice that I had a new mail lady that day, please update my information.

Past 2 days I havnt seen my mail...what the heck..if I do get it it's after 6-7 pm...poor service.I'm nit happy.waiting on my check..thanks alot. Terry snelling

Hello, Today is the 2nd day that we have not rcvd our mail on January 23,2019. Yesterday was January 22, 2019 and we didn’t get any mail Yesterday either. Live in Pontiac, MI

This is the second instance that my package says it has been "delivered" but I have not received it, not sure if it was delivered to the wrong mailbox or what. Whoever is delivering to club one of auburn hills obviously needs to learn how to read an address.

I was supposed to receive a package on Dec 23 2017 and did not get it! I do not know where it is unless they delivered to the wrong address.

I sent a package from Utah Dec 16th 3 day shipping to make sure it got to my moms house by Christmas. Still showing in transit-delayed....no one is answering, can't get any information about it...considering it's passed Christmas, I'm just hoping they show up eventually. Third time my package has been misplaced by usps. Not impressed.

Neither Post office in Pontiac answers their phone. No voicemail, just hangs up on you. Did you change your #'s for both offices? Need help, but can't get a hold of anyone. Certified letter sitting there, need to know why
