I have a package that is being held in one of your warehouses that is requested a change of address and is holding it up for .30. I asked the package to be sent to the North Windham, ME 04062 address because I did not want it sent directly to me home address. The tracking # is US9524901185421. Can you help? My phone # is 207-329-8586.

Today we received 2 pieces of mail - including 1 check. addressed to 33 Main St. Windham. We live at 26 Main St. Also in the previous years time, twice I did not receive checks that were mailed to me. Is it possible to do better training for our constantly rotating mail carriers? Thank you.

Received a package in the mail today which was metal delicate flower pieces and somebody decided to fold them around my other mail. I would appreciate if things weren’t shoved inside my mailbox so I didn’t have to return them. This is the third time I have had to return an item I bought because it was broken. Very disappointed.

The Windham, Maine, postal carrier is not closing the mailboxes, so the rain and snow gets in and RUINS my mail. I've complained in person (because they never answer the phone) 4 times, but NOTHING has changed. I filled out a written request for the Windham postmaster to call me, but he never got back to me. What the _ _ _ _ is going on at the Windham Post Office?!?

The carriers assigned to deliver packages on Rt 121, have left packages, in the past, roadside, on the ground (that were stolen). In addition, lately, they are into stuffing mailboxes with smaller packages, to the point, they have hung out for all to see/steal, by a foot--not right, and I'm betting against USPS protocol !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently went to the Windham Post office near Personal fitness and I could not believe the disappointing rude service I received. I waiting in line behind 5 people, with my two year old in tow, to mail a package. I looked on all the tables for a mailing label and pen, which post offices are suppose provide. I did find a label but no pen. Finally it was my turn and I gave my package to the guy at the counter and he asked for my label. I told him I needed to fill it out but there were no pens... He reluctantly gave me one and told me to step over to the table to fill it out. I looked at him and said, "It will take me two seconds to fill out and I've been waiting". He then had the audacity to be rude to me and say, "so has everyone else".... I can't believe it! It was not my fault that the post office didn't have the pens it's suppose to provide. Also that he would act like that when I'm there obviously trying to be fast with my 2 year old. I stepped aside to the table and I saw the person behind me hesitate to go up the the window after me, when he told them he could help them. Even a bystander could see how unreasonable this man was being, especially to a mother. When I did come back to the counter he then gave me two lolly pops for my son, as if that makes up for his rudeness. I have NEVER had this kind of experience with a USPS worker, and I expect better service from a government worker. Sincerely, A disappointed, tired, mom.

My Amazon pkg was delivered to 88 Varney Mill road by usps in error at 12:51 pm today. 12/5/2020. I Live at 86 Varney Mill and had to hunt it down. My neighbor will wonder why our foot prints in the snow go from my door to his on our package hunt. I am glad Alexa alerted me I had a pkg delivered. I just want to kindly ask the driver to be more careful please. The pkg label said 86 clearly and was not mistyped. Thank you.

I'm looking to talk to the mail lady for 16 edith Jeffords Rd. We had our package stolen by the neighbors and I would like to know if she remembers weather or not putting said package in our box. Or if she maybe by mistake put it in the neighbor's box. The label was all scratched off with it looks like a key. This is the first time in over 25 years that we have had an issue. Please contact me at the above email. Thanks David.

The mailman continually drops our boxes or pushed them off his truck in the middle of the driveway. Today the boxes were smashed open, luckily the box contained boxes inside. At least ring the doorbell if you don’t want to actually deliver it, I would be more than happy to come collect my boxes off your truck since your employee can’t figure it out.

Over the last 3 days I have had packaged to be delivered. The first time it said the mailbox was blocked. However the package was way to big for the mailbox. The next day for the second package it said attempted delivery. No signature was required for either package. Today it said no one was available. Again no signature was required. I am tired of running around trying to get my packages! I also have not received any regular mail for days.

I had a package delivered today from Amazon. We had quite a bit of snow so I can understand why it wasn’t delivered to my door. However, the box was left in a heaping pile of snow barely in my driveway without plastic or anything protecting it. If a snow plow had gone by my 300.00 item would have been destroyed. I would have thought the postal driver would have held on to the package and considered it not deliverable today. I find this completely unacceptable.

I had sent my daughter, who lives on Varney Mill Road a package from Carters.. It was instead delivered to 4 Forbes Road. Thank God this person was honest and drove to my daughter’s house to deliver the clothes to her today.. the addresses weren’t even close.. This should not have happened. I understand mistakes can be made.. but this could have cost me $$$

I came in today to ask for a package that was not delivered Sunday.. I handed the email I received to Eric and his first response to me was "wait til I finish with this person before I wait on you". No, can I help you or I'll be right with you.. His attitude and personal service was not what you would want to hear... I was not happy with this experience and it was not the first time this person has treated me and others like he did today.. I have been in business for myself for over 25 years in Landscape Designing.. I have dealt with the public and customers with respect and professionalism. This individual needs to learn that and put a smile on your face when you wait on the customer. I could go on, but I have clients waiting to hear from me. Thanks for listening and I hope to hear from you. Steve

I went to the post office today to renew my passport, my friend came with me to get his first passport. After waiting (no line) for 10 minutes we were finally helped. We were giving the applications and instructions. One of these instructions was to call and make an appointment. I drove home and called the post office immediately. I waited as the phone rang for 15 minutes. No answer. I tried again, no answer. Here I am about to try for a third time. Extremely displeased with the service already, can't wait till I have to go in again to explain I couldn't make an appointment because no one would answer the phone....
