When you try to call them, they don't answer the phone. I sent priority mail to the bank in Walterboro, and they did not receive it, but it show that it was delivered there but they did not receive it. So, I try to call the Walterboro Post Office to find out with happen to my letter, but they will not they want to answer the phone so how are you supposed to fine out anything when they want talk to you!!!!!!

The driver that does my mail is awful. I already complained about him and just today I went to check my mail and he never picked up the mail to be delivered. Flag was up and everything. He put it down and did not take it. That is a child support check. My ex is yelling at me about it. This is not acceptable.

I'm experiencing the same frustration with mail delivery in South Waterboro. I've had outgoing mail sit in my box for over three working days. Finally had to take my mail down the the box outside the post office to avoid late charges from service providers.

I have a complaint about a mail carrier for east waterboro, how come she doesnt work every day delivering or picking up mail in mailboxes, i have mail that has been in my mailbox that has been there the next day, so that tells me she didnt even work. I do believe this should be addressed, as i have had important mail that should of been picked up.

Knocked on the door multiple times 15 minutes after they were supposed to open they ignored it. They were talking about smoking WEED and using profanity while filling the boxes... this was at 0824 on Oct 15 and was a male and female talking. Very unprofessional will not use this office again.... lots of profanity.....

Definitely not too impressed with my local mail delivery person...for some reason they wont deliver packages to my house anymore! Once a month i receive a small package from ipsy and apparently this month it can not be delivered because there is NO ACCESS...which is b.s. nothing has changed my mailbox and driveway are the same and there isnt any road construction blocking them from delivering either! Sooo ridiculous! Not a very impressed customer!
