I have not received mail in almost 2 weeks myself. I caught the mail man walking right past my house and I stopped to ask why and he said he wasn't delivering there because of the snow, it needed to be removed. There was a nice sanded path shoveled to my mailbox, the surrounding snow mounds were solid ice and probably won't melt until spring so I don't know what else to do about it.

Disgusting employee behavior toward members of the public who exercise their First Amendment rights per constitutional and case law, i.e., per the rules and regulations that govern conduct on postal property of poster 7. But, of course, rude behavior is common among the lazy, stupid slugs of the USPS. It is especially bad at this location. Do no support it.

This is a major complaint I live in Estes trailer park in South Sanford and we have not gotten any mail since last Saturday even though Monday was a holiday I went to the post office and they said because they don’t have enough help that doesn’t help me because I’ve been putting all my bills in the slot and I can’t get them out and so of course my bills are gonna be late and of course they’re gonna charge me a late fee because of the government and not getting the mail delivered when it should be delivered no matter what time of the day or night I hope you can rectify this because if it can’t be I am sure going to go further with this this should not be happening whether you short or not others Should get their mail this is major for people who pay bills my mail and put them in your mail slot at the mailboxes that you can’t get into to take out and go to the post office with I actually had to go and pick up my mail yesterday at the post office that’s costing me gas and I’m not gonna do that every day just to get my mail this needs to be rectified again if not I will go a step further thank you

have not received mail for several days -- we are missing bills etc . have called several times and was sent to an operator where it rang for a long time then a busy signal and then call was cut off !!! to say I'm upset is putting it mildly!! I miss Candie !!!!!!!!!!!

Drivers in Lebanon drive by the mailbox with the flag up and when they have deliveries on the truck and the resident happens to be in the yard. Will even wave to them. Will put a can not deliver notice in the box and drive off while resident is walking to box. The residents of the town deliver the mail to the neighbors after it being delivered to the wrong box. What is the job of a postal carrier again? I'm sure there are a few good carriers but the ones I'm experiencing and hearing about are not trying to do their jobs, they're just driving around town and getting paid.

Our mailman can leave packages that will not fit in our mailbox at our garage door. There is a special box put there. There is no need to bring a package back to PO cause it won't fit, with all the past mail. Please Review. I have life saving Prescriptions delivered by mail. Thank you. Orman...

I would prefer that my packages are not left on the ground ...my mailbox is out on the main road...anyone could have picked it up....if the delivery driver doesn't want to drive down my driveway then please leave a pickup note & we'll come down to the PO. I know things are stressful right now but come on!

I tried 5 attempts in succession to call the Sanford, Maine PO this afternoon at 4:00 pm. I waited for someone to pick up after letting it ring 4 minutes, then was cut off. Called another call with 4 minutes, cut off again. The last 3 it rang for about a minute each at which time the call was cut off. Is there no one able to answer the phone? I recieved my daily report of mail being delivered today which included my Maine State motor Vehicle driving license. I waited for the delivery but that one item was not included. Either the delivery person lost it, got it mixed up with another mail box or is driving around with it lost in his/her truck. Pleas try to find it asap as I need it for travel in the next week. Watched a very concerning videos of employees getting in a customers face, yelling at a customer, trying to shut the customer out of the business and refuse service, refusing to identify as there policy says they should. Is this how they normally conduct themselves with the public? Someone needs to go to training again or just be replaced.

Ive watched so many 1st amendment audits and im shocked that so many postal employees are not aware of there OWN postal policies and regulations and that POLICIES ARE NOT LAW. The woman supervisor who instigated the whole Negative encounter and should really be receiving an education from their employer.

After watching a constitutional activist visit this post office and get treated so disrespecftully, I had to voice my concerns. It's one thing not know everything...no one does. There is no reason for a public employee to treat a citizen so hostilly and speak with such arrogance no matter what paranoid thoughts years of watching the news has clearly put in their heads. When we go out today, you're going to be filmed be it by a hidden or visiable camera. So why freak out over a guy who's filming where everyone can see him. I just thought, that could have been me! I was thinking of stopping in Maine next summer for my vacation and I film everything too for my own safety but after seeing this treatment Maine is not going to get any of my tourist dollars. There needs to be mass education going for this staff and training to properly speak with the public. If they can't handle public work then they need to be replaced.

Wow! Apparently I’m not the only one that saw the recent video (today is 8/24/21) of a guy who walked into the Sanford, ME Post Office and was harassed immediately upon walking in by several of the employees! The video must be going viral, because it just popped up on my list to view. I am shocked that this guy was treated so poorly just because he had a camera and was filming. They also turned their ID badges and would not identify themselves. I went back through the video to see if he was doing anything wrong or suspicious, and he wasn’t, so the only excuse is those employees are bad at their job and should be FIRED!

Just saw a video filmed at your location a few days ago. I have NEVER seen a more unprofessional, ill-informed, ill-tempered group of postal employees (not including Lisa) in my entire life. A man went in to film the inside of the lobby, which, according to "Poster 7" concerning rules and regulations inside postal property, is allowed per the Department of Homeland Security and the United States Supreme Court. He was treated rudely, with disdain, and discourteous treatment. The entire staff (not Lisa), should be fired and lose their pensions.

I have been waiting for packages ( 7 ) of them since February.... lived in the same place for 10yrs. still nothing but tracking says it was delivered to the post office? They have nothing....and my electric bill was sent back to the post office also and sent back to me with a sticker saying that it could not be forwarded....

I guess I will have to have mail delivered to relatives by UPS as this is the fifth time I have had trouble with mail delivery this year. This time the tracking number tells me the small padded envelope was delivered to my sister’s Sanford address at 4:08pm on this Monday, but they have not received the mail and it is Wednesday. What happened to it? It is impossible to reach someone at the post office as they don’t seem to answer their phone and I am calling from out of state so I can’t appear in front of them. It is such a shame that our postal service has gone down the tube. It was always an excellent service during my 70 plus years.

The phone number doesn't seem to work.. It rings like 3 times then is like a busy signal........ Its aggregating to not be able to get through when u just have a simple question for the lost office in your town but instead i have to call the 1800 number then push all these numbers to get to some one and wait on hold just isn't fun.. Post carrier rarely comes to the house and just sticks a notice in our mailbox. We work from home and are usually home with the office window looking out our driveway. Will receive a notice in the mail stating no one was home to deliver, yet we were at our desk all day and saw that the carrier never even came to the house to attempt delivery. Has happened on numerous occasions.

I hope who ever opened my son's birthday card and stole his gift $50 gift card get enjoys themselves. it's quite obvious from the envelope that it was hand opened and taped closed (NOT ripped by the machine). perhaps you should take a closer look at the garbage you are hiring.

Staff were extremely helpful in renewing my passport application and photo. Very knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient. (Even though there was me, a family of 4, and another person all coming in for passport photos and applications.) I guess people usually only get spurred to write when there is a complaint. I feel obliged to compliment the courteous and competent staff who assisted me during a busy time for staff. Thank you, Passport Dept. at Sanford post office.

Yesterday had a small package delivered they left it on the street next to my mail box on the ground, it got soaking wet! Today they deliver another small package doesn't even get out of their vehicle just drops it on the ground and drives off!! Usually have stuff delivered to my post office box in Wells but these two items were unable to be delivered to post office box. Are people really this ignorant???! I have a front porch they could have at least set it down there, or put it in a bag and hung it off my box these were very small boxes!!! WTH is wrong with people!!!!? Lazy AF!!

Sanford post office are complete idiots. I've ordered several packages. Always come back. Unable to deliver I don't understand. My name and address is on my mailbox. Sanford won't even leave a notice. Worst post office I've ever had. This is unacceptable. The post master is useless. Too. Where is my stuff.

I have lived in Sanford for a year. They have lost two car titles and an unemployment check. A duplicate title costs 33$! and I didn't even lose it they did! Worst post office ever for a small town. I understand that they are busy, but it's funny how they seem to loose the mail that I actually need and I get the junk all the time.
