I've been calling for weeks trying to see where my mail is, I was living at 5624 Livingston Terrace Apt 101 due to a fire on 11-22-2023 we were displaced and I had mail pop on my email saying that I had mail coming and still hasn't shown up to my mailbox old or new mailbox and it never came, I also did and address change back in December when I moved, I continued to check my old mailbox up to last week and still nothing has come to the old or the new address, can someone please help me.

I live at 1273 Southview Drive, Oxen Hill, MD and my mail is not being delivered as it should. The mailman only delivers 3 times a week and recently a friend of mine sent me a christmas card which I never received and everyone else she sent one to got theirs. I believe the mailman that delivers in the area is stealing mail or dumping it.

Our Oxon hill post office currently don't have an out door mailbox. Its taped off. We need it replaced, or fixed . It is very inconvenient for seniors to find other places to put our mail.
