I had a small priority package that was delivered there 3/22 but not delivered to the person it was meant for. It hasn't left your P.O.Why? Please get back to me @

Hi, I am calling to file a complaint against the customer service representative at Temple Hills , MD Office. 301- 423-6182. That customer service representative is horrible at her job. She began a call with an attitude so as a customer I am going to respond with the same energy. By saying that my letter or package was delivered to the person on address but I kept telling her that they did not receive the package and she said that mailman must have checked the wrong box. what does that do for me as a customer? i paid for certified to make sure there is a signature so that this can be avoided. i asked her who signed for it and she could not give me a name. and that because of covid they dont do it anymore? that doesn't make sense. you still should still get a name to make sure someone received what ever was sent.She is horrible and needs to work on her customer service skills. they lost not one but both of my letters i sent. she also proceeded to say that that the mailman did not steal the letter, i didn't say that but she proceeded with that dialogue , where does she think the conversation will go? she said that I was making accusations when I said if nobody signed for it that means anybody could have taken the package , never accused the mailman, but that is what certified letter is for in the first place. She needs to understand that the process that they did, i would not have to go through all this if they simply just got a signature or a name of who received what I sent. If my package is lost I need to be contacted.
I can't get through with this stupid automatic questions. It doesn't work and it won't allow me to speak to someone. The tracking provided says it was delivered but it never was. The worst simple and mailing posible and no help!
We just wanted to commend our mail deliverer. He's been most prompt, kind, and efficient - also friendly. We want him and his supervisor(:) to know. I spoke to Ms Lawson on phone yesterday but am not sure on this site where to write our review. I believe the deliverer was identified as "Smith" - not sure... He gets A+ (5 stars) from us. We will tell him this in person next time we "see" him. We're Bible teachers and really appreciate when we see people practice the "golden rule". Thank you.
I get inform delivery daily, I looked online on Monday and seen a settlement check from Navy Federal, I checked my mail that evening after the mail was delivered, inform delivery was there except my Navy Federal Settlement check. I called USPS and spoke to a supervisor he acted like he really didn't care, I told him this is the 5th time that a check is missing from my mailbox he acted like he really didn't care. USPS PLEASE STOP YOUR CARRIERS FROM STEALING CONSUMMERS MAIL WHEN YOU THINK IT IS A CHECK.
USPS delivery has been so spotty we've had to constantly resort to contacting our congressional rep. The carriers have been caught on camera yukking it up instead of delivering mail, we go weeks without mail, and then the carriers lie and say they made attempted deliveries when we all have video proof that it never happened, which we're now going to start sending to the local media.
I received a informed delivery notice for July 31 but the only thing received was incorrect mail and the package I was supposed to be delivered and states that it was has not been received it was a 40$ hair straightener and I hope that your employee is not stealing my packages we always get the wrong mail
Good Morning, My wife was expecting a package yesterday and it didn't show, she received a email saying it was delivered around 2:24pm, but the mailman didn't show up till 3:24pm. This is not the first time. Didn't have this problem until you changed our mailman. The mailman with long hair(dread) can't read or somethings wrong!!!!
Good Morning, I have been living in my house now for almost 1 year and I am still getting every ones mail, I put return to sender on it, I have put a note on the box and I have even said something to several Mail Carriers that I have seen, this is a problem because it looks like no one is doing their job, "RETURN TO SENDER" Does mean to return it back to the person that sent it, my next step is to contact the Post Master, While reading someone's post about the number listed was two years ago and you still have the same number listed, unacceptable we must do better if we are going to be a public servant.
I've had several magazines in my mail box marked RETURN to Sinder. I go to get me mail today and they are still there. It been a week scence I put the first one in the mail box. .Do I need to take them to the post office or the Blue Mail box up the street?
