I have no idea why or even how this post office location is still open to the public, the representative there, specially the female responsible for handling passport request/ applications, is extremely unprofessional with no costumer relations skill. This location has the most incompetent staff, and supervisor that over looks the complaints from costumers pertaining to the staff disrespectful manners.

On May 2, 2021, I put 8 Mother Day cards in mailbox on 9801 Lanham-Severn Rd. As of today, Jun 14, 2021, no one has received their cards. I went into Post Office to question what happened and was told that the mail outside in the box, goes to a distribution office and not to the Post Office. Is there a “mail purgatory” where mail goes and does not get delivered?

I just got a package with your address. The USPS left it on my porch Sunday. I live on Cipriano Road. The mailman has not picked it up yet. SMH

Mailed Certified large letter March 9th, 2021. Checked on status going from Landover, Maryland Post Office to Philadelphia, PA. It is still in route as of April 23rd, 2021. According to 1-800-222-1811. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Service has been good until lately when the mail comes at extremely late hours or doesn't come at all like on the day after Veteran's Day, no mail delivered on our street which means 2 days of accumulation will maybe be delivered today with 3 days of accumulation, showing a postal system that has significant problems and can't be relied on to deliver mail at all in the way it is operating now

Wish i can say the same for Northside Jacksonville, FL on Busch Drive always an unpleasant trip, delivery, and broken contents in packages. Boxes often semi open or hole in the box. and when it comes to complaint get no where. paid for insurance once and they tried to "repair" item so the won't have to pay on the broken item they caused. But when Employees were told is not their responsibility to repair, that's the reason for "insurance" they decide to Deny the Claim....they made sure they worded their inspection to claim department in a way to get it denied.
