I still live at 3171 Roland Kenner Loop #426 Glenarden, MD,2 20706 A piece of my mail was left in the property managers office it had the correct address and apt# on it. I know that some one has been trying to take over my Verizon account and had noticfy Verizon to changed my billing address . I am still here at this address and will be until I give the Postal Service a changed of address thank you. Magnolia Waters

Today, I received the worst possible service from the Glenn Dale Post Office, where I was yelled at, disrespected, and humiliated. I stopped by at approximately 3:15 pm; there were already two people in the central area, so I opened the door, poked my head in, and inquired whether they were still observing the two people in the central area rule. The postal clerk name CHUNG interrupted and YELLED, "get out, you are not to be in here, get out." I was shocked that people with this behavior are on the frontline in a professional/government entity. Another coworker, Jennifer apologized for my experience and one of the other customers commented on CHUNG'S disrespectful behavior. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be allowed from customers or staff. Please address this urgently so that NO other customer will endure such rudeness and disrespect.

I am very disappointed. there was a letter scheduled for redelivery today 2/22/2020 and the postal delivery person did not even bother to get out of the truck to attempt to deliver the letter. I saw the truck coming in the cul-de-sac and went downstairs to wait until it got to my mailbox and to my dismay the next this I saw was the truck pulling off. This is unacceptable!!! What makes it so bad is that the confirmation sheet was left in the box with the rest of the mail and the letter was not.

Called about a letter being delivered and to have it redelivered. They were very helpful and courteous. I really appreciate good service and this was excellent, both on the carrier and the person who took my call. Thank you both.
