Postmaster, No one ever answers the phone so I can complain about my lazy mail carrier. This phone number that is given, does not get you to a person, only a machine. At least once a week mail is not delivered. We have a new mail delivery person(often) who refuses to deliver our mail if he has to do anything other than drive up to the mailbox and stick the mail in. Thanking you in advance, 5/9/22

We have a new mail delivery person who refuses to deliver our mail if he has to do anything other than drive up to the mailbox and stick the mail in. We have a car on either side of the mail box (1 at driveway and 1 at basketball hoop) and our regular mail delivery person never had a problem with it. This new guy just drives by like: oh well. Called USPS, they said they suggest we don't park in front of our house anymore...

On Feb 9 the funeral home sent my mother in laws death certificates via registered mail from the Glen Bernie PO to a funeral home in Smithtown NY. As of today we still have not received them. Many phone calls and official complaints too not only the PO personnel, the Post Master, and filling out an official government compliant and the only words that we get is that the Mail is “in sorting”. Emails sent to Sorting by employee“ Shanty” and they haven’t responded to her. We also filed complaints with the local legislators and with our own Congressman. I seriously can’t believe that this post office can receive so many complaints and nothing get done and no body is held responsible.

Absolutely frustrated with this Post Office. I purchased an item and it was delivered to the wrong house. When I put in a claim all I received was a lousy explanation that the item was misdelivered and my claim was closed. Extremely frustrated and now I am out of a product that was paid for and since the post office admitted to making the mistake, they think customers are supposed to just forget about it and move on without trying to fix the situation. Dear ********* *********, The package was mis-delivered. The carrier has been attempting to locate it with no success. They will continue to keep trying to find it. In the meantime, notify the sender of the situation. If insurance was purchased on the shipping label then they are eligible to file a claim on our website at www.usps.com. The postman literally delivered the wrong mail to everyone on my block today! I got my neighbors, my neighbor got mine, etc. A majority of us cant find out mail..........this is ridiculous

Went for over a week with no mail before Christmas. I live in a condo and have a small mailbox. the postal employee just stuffed the box every which way and a lot of the mail was ripped and bent up. This is just the tip of the ice burg . I had a two day priority package mailed on 1/17/20 and just received it yesterday 2/4/21 only after filing a missing package complaint .They said on the tracking that they Attempted to deliver it on 2/3/21 at 7:05pm but there was an obstruction and they couldn't get to the box. What an out & out lie.!!!!! Then there is the package that they said on the tracking was out for delivery on 2/3/21 by 6pm. Later it was changed to 9pm. I haven't received the package but I received a notice from Etsy saying that it had been delivered at 2:30pm. I Received the notice at 11:15 pm. Usually the package is scanned at delivery and the notice sent right away. Needless to say I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. !!!! I have been calling my local post office all morning to see what happened to that second package but the line is always busy. Will be using UPS for all my future shipping needs and will only be buying stuff from folks who don't use the US MAIL. They seem to hire carriers with absolutely no integrity at all.

Let’s hear it for the USPS. Twenty-four days after Christmas and we are still getting mail service sporadically-1-3 days. We mailed a rather large vacation payment to Discover on 24 December-they just received it today, January 19th. We have gotten past due notices from four different creditors; when in over 40+ years (and 22+ of marriage) we have never been late, and generally pay in full. Holiday rushes and GOP efforts to bring the Postal Service down aside; the continuing incompetence is no longer excusable. I want to support you, but my patience is at an end.

4 bills that were mailed on 12/14/20 have not been delivered. What will USPS due for late fees and stop payment fees from bank accrued from non delivery of items?

For the second time in six months I was notified, by a USPS Email, that a tracked package was delivered to my mailbox. It was NOT. NO HELP from the mailman or the office in Glen Burnie. My advice is to use FedEx or UPS for ANY important packages that you may want to be delivered to your home and actually receive it.

Worst experience with anything ever being delivered. Over 3 years, every single time USPS (GB office) was supposed to deliver something, they never do. Its always an excuse or its never a day thats actually scheduled. I've always had to go pick it up myself. No one ever answers the phone number to the office and customer service is non-existent to say the least. The present disaster involves the ashes of our pet we lost a few weeks ago. I knew right away this was going to be another episode. Once again, you email me saying you'll deliver it on the 3rd. I take off work so im here ALL DAY and NOTHING. No one shows up, no one calls, nothing. I've spent all morning today the 4th calling the office with NO answer. ALL MORNING. This is absurd, unprofessional, and flat out inexcusable. Please, for the love of god, deliver the mail...its not that complicated.

Thanks much. I know, there have been several mail carriers. We used to get the mail late, like around 2, maybe and now, it's here (today) Thursday, by 11:30. Wow. It really doesn't make a difference though. I just wanted to give someone (with authority) an ad-a-boy. Have a nice day.

I know I have complained three times about the delivery of my mail and packages. I live in a neighborhood that has a community mailbox and the mailman/women continue to jam packages and mail into the small box that is given for mail. They are too lazy to walk to the home and put the package on the porch. I just had a pair of shoes jammed into the box for my home and if they are damaged I will be contacting GB postal office for reimbursement. I am also going to contact the Inspector General about this continuous problem.

I have a complaint on a package that was mailed to me and I was suppose to have received on Saturday Feb. 17, 2018. When I did not receive the package on that date I went on line and checked the Tracking Number and it showed that the package was delivered at 3;26 PM on the 17th. Monday being a hoilday I figured it might come to me on Tuesday the 20th. Well it did come to me on that date from someone that lived in the area, the package was delivered to them on Saturday Feb 17Th. I tried to talk to the Post Master at the Post Office but found out that it was easier to get into NAS at Fort Meade. I know that I will not get a answer to this problem But I felt that it was necessary to let you know. Thanks to a good neighbor I received my package and was not out $80+ dollars.

Today is 11/18/2017, I have called several phone numbers at this postal location because I have a post office box here. I called to see if my mail could be put in a bigger box because I have been unable to check regularly. I was in an automobile accident recovering and no auto currently. I know that I have important mail to retrieve, I mentioned all this to say after calling several times someone there has blocked the calls from coming in. This is what I would call clearly mean, rude, I hate my job and helping people.

On Saturday October 21, 2017 , I put mail on top our mail box for our postman to take. I've done this for the 25 years I've lived here an never had a problem. Well on this particular Saturday my neighbor found 2 of my letters laying in the parking lot. The third letter was to BGE. I hope it wasn't dropped as well and our electricity gets turned off. I have been calling the local USPS office (Glen Burnie) for the past two weeks to no avail. I ordered a package that was to be delivered to my parcel box....nothing. Then one day, I received a delivery attempt receipt and have been calling to have the package redelivered. Again, no answer. I paid for this package and USPS should remain committed to delivery packages as agreed to. Can someone offer a direct number so that I can retrieve the package I paid for.

My lssue poor Service My package was for my sister Birthday A Jordan Hat from Amazon I was told my package was Delivered and a key was placed in my mailbox I never got my package I called the post office and someone contacted the carrier and she said two packages was placed in my mailbox but it's only one she might been speeding and made a mistake I even contacted Amazon on this lssue I just moved to the area and the first time having a mistake when I ordered from Amazon many times

My postal carrier is afraid of my pug. OK, I get it...you don't want to be bitten through the mail slot. You're afraid that if you push the mail through, she will magically teleport through the door and get to you. Whatever. Well, maybe instead of leaving my mail on my uncovered front patio to get rained on or blow away in the wind, you could put my mail BETWEEN my glass door and front door.....unless you're afraid a 20 pound dog can bust down the door...........
