I order a pack that’s was supposedly came on December 31 first but I missed it so I had to reschedule a redelivery For January 4 and my package has still not came I put in my tracker number to track it down on the 5 but now it saying they can’t found the tracking number but where I order from is saying that they rescheduled it for the 4 and it’s on the way still

I ordered clothes from children’s place for my child’s birthday, but clothes got lost by post office, tracking indicated it was given to an individual, no individual living in my house received the package, childrens place could not replace package. I once reported mail mix up before, other people’s mails dropped in my box, now my package got lost. I filed a claim but i was told to see if children’s place can do anything to replace package. This is frustrating.

My mail isn’t arriving at my home like it should be. I have filed complaints so many times with Waverly Branch Post Office. I have different mail carriers everyday. What is the problem, they can’t read the address an name correctly on the envelopes. I have spoken to my neighbors. They don’t have my mail. If the mail carriers don’t like or can’t or won’t do their job correctly, seek out employment elsewhere.
