What happened to basic postal service
Like closing mail box
Mail got soaked in rain yesterday
So today put clear visible note on mail box asking to please close mailbox after post delivery
It was still open
I am waiting for important mail find tjis very concerning
Not to mention yesterday one of pieces of mail was the wrong address
Just because so much digital
Does Not mean we all fully operate that way!!
And amount of times i get incorrect mail is astounding!
Dont know if post carriers are poorly trained or need to take their time pr just don’t care
Either way this legitimately can affect peoples livelihood!
Please try harder and do better

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The mail delivery service is absolutely horrendous! Mail is put in the wrong mail boxes, so you have to deliver the mail to the proper resident. Parcel packages (that go in the parcel box) are left in the "parcel box" but the key is NOT put in the persons mail box, it is LEFT IN THE PARCEL BOX DOOR which means it's accessible to anyone. Maybe if the carriers would stay off their cell phone they could do the job they were hired for.
We have not had the same carrier in months. Several checks have not been delivered.
Our mail has been delivered to other addresses especially Shirley Avenue
This post office is pathetic. They consistently deliver my packages to the wrong address. Some days the mail carrier won’t even deliver my mail. And when you call to make a complaint nothing ever changes. This post office and it’s workers are the worst.
I visited this post office today for the first time. it was busy. But the staff were exceptionally efficient and pleasant and the line moved quickly. Everyone left with a smile. As an employer, I know that staff like this are the heart of a successful operation. Thank you to Hamilton staff and management who support such quality staff! As a customer--I will continue to go to Hamilton for my postal and package needs and I encourage others to do the same.
