I am not sure of the older gentleman's name that delivers to this location, but he is absolutely the rudest person ever, he will deliver a box , opens the door and chucks it on the floor next to a seated client, and happened to be a 3 year old the last time and scared her to death because it was the mail bin full of stuff I would actually prefer he not come to our location at all, if this happens again I will file a formal complaint

There is a mystery, I buy some items in Ebay not exceeding a small box or padded envelope, I do check my tracking and says arrives to the Westwood and goes out and then got returned due to the mysterious message ADDRESSE UNKNOWN, for real? How is that possible if I do receive my regular mail and the information from the seller is correct , who's fault ?? One for sure not mine , not the seller , then do the math
