Hi - I live at 125 Cameron Rd Norwood MA and I want to thank our mail delivery person for doing such a great job! Rick is always helpful, courteous and careful to take care of my mail delivery. I appreciate his work every day! thank you for having him deliver my mail. Beth

The employees at this post office are awesome! they do their best and provide great service always and are helpful especially with people that are package and shipped an item.. I'm friendly with most of the people up front and they're always willing to help and have been patient and taught me the things I know to ship my 60 plus packages a month.. thanks for your outstanding help!

It’s 350 and no one on Vernon st has there mail what’s going on

Worst P.O ever .. I will never come back here again ..employed are very rude n unhelpful .. but really nice n kind with their friends hope that someday can find new faces n with good customer service ...👎👎👎

Very nice folks and always pleasant..... I don’t work for the post office, but people below have nothing better to do than complain... thanks for your service.

My package was to be delivered on December 24 2016. I cancelled all my appointments and stayed home all day for these packages to be delivered. To my surprise when I checked my email around 12pm, I realized there has been an attempted delivery, I went downstairs to check and the mail person just left a slip without attempting to deliver the package and the pack up date on the slip was December 24 2016. What baffles me is how can pickup date be the 24 when the post office closes at 12pm. So someone couldn't be bothered to deliver the package and just came inside the apartment just to drop the slip.

Beware Google says it closes at 4:30 on Saturdays but it really closes at three

I wish to complain about the carrier that delivered mail in Westwood, MA Highland Glenn Senior Housing on August 29th. Mail was put into wrong mail boxes that day causing a stressful situation to the residents.

Worst post office service. Only one custumer representative to take care of a large line, i have come mid morning twice in a row to pick up a package.
