Terrible service, unreliable delivery, PO doesn't answer the phone, No forwarding address forms in the lobby. Try to get them to answer the phone: 617-323-6143

Thousand of our veterans have served this county honorable and now they are delivering our mail. In all my seventy eight years I have had no complaints. Recently we have had may postmen/women out with the covid 19 virus and it is also much deserved vacation time for same. I am concerned about postal boxes, sorting machines and overtime taken away from the USPS. This is definitely a sin against our democracy.

I have a question about a letter I’m home in quarantine I wanted to know if a letter is still in post office Thank you

I just delivered mail to 12 !! units in my building because whoever did the mail delivery for 115 Grove Street LEFT ALL THE MAIL OUTSIDE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT BUILDING ON A WALL!!!! Someone just happened to be walking by and rang my doorbell and HANDED ME MAIL FOR TWELVE UNITS THAT HAD BEEN LEFT OUTSIDE AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FOR A NUMBER OF DAYS BECAUSE SOME OF IT WAS WRAPPED IN AN ELASTIC!! THIS IS ILLEGAL AND AGAINST FEDERAL REGULATIONS FOR MAIL CARRIERS!! I'm sure it was a SUBSTITUTE as our regular mail carrier is EXCELLENT. When I called the West Roxbury Post Office to let them know what happened, the phone kept ringing and SOMEONE HUNG UP ON ME AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK, THE PHONE WAS OFF THE HOOK!! What the heck is going on?? This is not the way to service the people who are paying you via their taxes; the United States Post Office is a FEDERAL agency and employees are paid BY THE PUBLIC TAXPAYERS and I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING HUNG UP ON AND THEN NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THROUGH BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS TAKEN OFF THE HOOK. This all happened on 11/14 at 10:00 a.m. Whoever hung up on me should be reprimanded and I expect a response or I WILL CALL THE MAIN POST OFFICE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT WEST ROXBURY

The mail delivery sucks. I’ve had missing mail and today I find the mail between my storm door and my front door. I have a 2 foot sign stating to put my mail in the mail slot in my front door, is that hard to understand? I’ve been here over 40 years and the mail delivery has never been this bad, please put competent workers out there.
