Worst service i’ve ever received. They shouted at me and wouldn’t let me call my bank to authorize a passport renewal payment. The passport officer was disgustingly rude and quite literally made me cry.

I went to the post office today and asked that I have 400 packages to send today and the manager told that I could sent and need to wait 30 minutes I waited the 30 minutes . At 4 pm the woman told me that the clerk need to stop the service. I can't sent my mails . Every time when I went there the clerks are very impolite . Rajan is very rude person.

I spoke with Scott on the phone today, and he provided me with outstanding customer service. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. There was a misunderstanding with the start date of mail forwarding at my address that prevented a package from being delivered to my current home. He was able to help me resolve this situation within about 5 minutes and has arranged for the package to be redelivered to my house today. He made my life very easy and I really appreciate his level of kindness, patience, and support.
