I live at 3036 cranberry highway (it's a trailer park not ny house lol) and the mailmen have skipped out on our street for 2 days in a row! Last night they claim there was no access at 7p.m! Too bad I was outside at 7 and there was absolutely access to our street!!! And today they literally just ditched us! There wasn't any construction going on at our road whatsoever!!! This is ridiculous and I want a refund for all my missed packages that I paid extra for faster shipping!! To bad 2 days has already come and gone 2 days ago lol but not funny!!! Then disconnected after waiting on hold for 25 minutes!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!! WE DESERVE TO RECIEVE OUR MAIL LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!!
