Charlie the elderly blind slow man that delivers mail at night to The Retreat at Union Pond Apartments needs to retire asap. Always giving me others mail and mine to others. he open all sides of the mail station for anyone to have access to other peoples mail and packages after he has been told by residents and upper level postal staff not to.do that.
