I had a package that needed a signature that was attempted to be delivered on thurs 03/15/18. I received a notice on my door. I rescheduled for 03/17/18 which was a Sat I was home all day no delivery. They then attempted to delivery the package on 03/19/18 of course I was at work received finally delivery notice when I don't get home to 7:00pm at night post office is closed stating this package if not picked up will be sent back 03/20/18. So I went there on 03/20/18 at 8:30am sorry sent package back we attempted delivery (not attempted on the only day I am not working). Pretty much I was out of luck waited for the package for a month it came from China it was a present for my husbands birthday which is 03/21/18. The representative at the post office said the sent it back on the 7:00am truck. Thankfully my husband was able to locate the package in providence(which the rep that was helping me didn't even tell me this was an option) and I have to pick it up out of work today. This is the worse customer experience I have ever experienced. I also want to mention slip was left at a non front door that is never used without a doorbell and not even away to open from the outside. I work for a bank in customer service I am an assistant manager and can't even begin to say what a horrible experience this had been.
