I'm at 525 Arcade Ave but the mail box is on Elmdale. Early this morning I noticed my box had been dislodged by the wind yesterday and was on the ground. I did a little clean up but left the box on the ground to be fixed later when I got back and the sun was up. While working on the box I noticed that there was mail in the box. The deliver must have gotten out of the truck and put the mail into the box on the ground. This should be noted and I do thank whomever did it. I have fixed the box and it should last a few more years. Thanks to this person for going above and beyond service.

I received an email stating my package was delivered. It was NOT and I also did not get my regular mail. my address is 665 Pine St. I would like to know where he delivered them this time as this has happened before. If it's delivered to 685 we always give each other their mail, so they don't have it. The package contained Christmas presents that I need. Could you please track it down. Thank-you

Constantly having issues with my mail not being delivered and now packages. Convenient that they are valuable items that go missing. I’ve been trying to call the office for four hours and they have the phone off the hook. So now I will have to drive all the way there after I work all day because people are incompetent.

It was scanned into there facility on June 12th at 6:10am and they tell me that ! No excuse for that crap I will be contacting the postmaster general !

Filled out a vacation stop notification form. Request was NOT followed as directed. Can't understand why. Had to call the post office regarding this and hope the balance of the HOLD MAIL is done correctly. Seekonk, MA Post Office.

This post office is relatively new. Never had a problem for the last 2 years I lived nearby. I moved from E. Providence but my son stayed in the apartment. When I moved out, the administration of my apartment decided to move him to smaller unit and with that he had another mailbox which he would need a new key this post office have the responsability to provide him. If my son decided to walk to this office to pick up the new key after he requested a week earlier wouldn't be a problem. The office is at 35 minutes by walking. I'm writing this review on January and the excesive snow, the street construction on MA 114 N and the lack of sidewalks for the most part.... is quite horrible for someone to walk. Even though my son lives in E. Providence, this post office is located in MA is the one that will provide my son with the key he needs. Because he lives in the state line from RI and MA as you can understand.... there's no bus running between them. Is not worth it even try because the nearest RI bus he might take would leave him still far away. He's been there twice. I know this because I have to come from my new place in Cranston to drive him there. Today would be the second time they handed an incorrect key since the begining of January. Even the supervisor came to verify the mailbox and assured personally to him that in three days that key would be available. The person of this place who is responsible to handle the mailbox keys has been nothing but a rude-unprofessional-lucky-to-have-a-job. This is ridiculous but more pathetic is the clueless employee that doesn't know what he's doing.

If you have an important package that needs to be delivered in a timely fashion, bring it in to be scanned or it won't be delivered on time. Absolutely ridiculous that packages are not scanned. Tracking numbers are provided for a reason, to track packages. If packages are not scanned, there is no tracking. That seems like basic knowledge to me. Why am I paying more for tracking and shipping upgrades if the packages won't get scanned. Ridiculous. Very disappointed in this post office.

The postal couriers and postmaster in this office are the laziest and rudest people I've ever met. They expect their job to be a cushy job where the couriers "aren't allowed" to exit their vehicles for their own "safety". That being said, they expect that residents shovel out their mailbox enough so that the courier and her truck can reach the mailbox. I guess its safe for me to stand in the middle of the road for hours on end shoveling out a snow bank, because it would be too dangerous for a mail courier to deliver the mail.
