Complaint. I’m unable to reach your distribution center. The woman who handles problems is out until July 19. Basically my medication is being held at the north reading distribution center. There’s no one to speak with about this problem. My medication is a controlled substance and I am unable to get any help. My phone number is (978) 866-0671. I am leaving for vacation Thursday morning. Without my medication I will suffer withdrawals and extremely severe migraines. I find the entire situation extremely frustrating. I would appreciate it if someone could help getting my medication for Thursday June 2. Drs. Are unable to rewrite a new script as it is showing that it’s been filled and shipped. The employees at our post office (01864) are extremely helpful and dedicated. Their service is friendly and prompt. We depend on them all the time and they have earned our complete support.
Mymail service is the worst!!!! The photo's I ordered was delivered to the post office on Feb 2nd it was supposed to be delivered by the 7th "but what a surprise"by the 8th it still as not here. This is the 2nd time the North Reading has messed up my photo order.
Almost once a week we get mail for other customer's addresses. Dumb dumb dumb its like there is clowns working for the post office. Then I called the 800 number that was an hour wait. No customer service at all.
Mail Delivery service is getting worse each day at 50 main St.
1- packages bent and crammed into mailboxes.
2- Inconsistent pick up delivery times
and NOW on Thursdau 8/2
3- They did not pick up the mail that was in pick up box since last night and this morning; But they delivered.
