This is the socond time Im suposted received a package and the inf said is returned to the sender about the know adress cant you pliss leave the package in the post office for me pickup dont sending back just leave in the post office And i go to pick up thank you

Mail carriers aren't leaving letters that are to be signed. I call to inquire why the my door bell wasn't rang or the door wasn't knocked on. The response given was, I'm not sure, we're not having anyone sign for anything at this time, but I will speak to the carrier to be sure to leave your certified letter tomorrow. So I want to say I can come pick it up today, the disgruntled female on the other end hangs up on me!
