I moved to an apartment complex in New Bedford.I was told to get the key for the mail box at the local post office. I was told there was a 2 day wait. Its been 8 days and still no key. I was told there was some union problem with making keys. I found out someone came down to take the key orders from the post office and he took all the new orders and did not take mine. I think the whole system need to be reviewed.

I went to the New Bedford Post Office to file a passport application. I arrived at 11:45, and was rudely told that they would not help me because it was, "...already Noon, and we close from Noon to 1:00." For the next 10 ti fifteen minutes, 4 clerks behind the counter kept me and three other passport application customers waiting while they debated the merits of working right up to lunch time. Apparently "The Rules" do not allow them to give customer service for even 1 minute past Noon. Had these clerks actually spent that time working and providing the services for which I pay good money, they could have completed the tasks before Noon. Perhaps they could even take staggered lunches so as to provide something as basic as good customer service in a seamless manner that actually meets the needs of the customers. Instead, these four clerks chose to be rude, and falsify the time in order to not provide the services for which I paid good money.
