My Priority Mail envelope, promised delivery within 3 days, was received by Merrifield distribution center on July 17, 2020. It was forwarded from Providence, RI, distribution center on July 26. Today is August 5, and I still do not have it. When will it arrive? Is there anything you can do to "expedite" this excessively late delivery? Thank you.

According to my tracking service the package I sent my son has been sitting at this post office for 6 days without being delivered. When I attempt to call the post office no one answers the phone.

I had a first class mail (a legal document) lost by your office. It was mailed on July 16 and I have still not received it. I have phoned several times and no one can give me an explanation. I need this letter.
