Debbie is so amazing at her job and went above and beyond to help me send my package. She was so helpful and made me feel so welcomed. I will only come to this post office from now on.

Absolutely Appalled by the customer service how I was treated. I was insulted for over 10 minutes by the Supervisor who supposable put me on hold but wasn't. Listened to everything she said. She stated to multiple customer that I get paid whether I go the extra mile or not. I work for a government agency; she said to another customer that she was a town employee and probably frustrated having a bad day and that it was probably hot in the western part of the state and I was looking for something that was in another town and what did she want me to do drive over and get it? The worst customer Service I have ever experienced. This FEDERAL EMPLOYEE !!! Good paying JOB! Should be reprimanded. I will post this on social media! Took accurate Notes, Will be filing a claim, I called back and she didn't answer until the 2nd call. Told her I was not on hold heard everything and she said I appreciate your service. Would appreciate a response back and apology.

I realize this review is two years old, but I have had similar and worse experiences there, particularly with one employee. I’m happy to say that I rarely see that employee and there is new help there that are much more pleasant and professional. What bothered me is the many complaints I made to the post office about her and they basically said there was nothing they could do.
