Postmaster, more like Rudemaster! MARIANNE is the rudest employee here, and that's saying a lot since most employees here are rude! MARIANNE assisted with all of our international packages we had to send and not only did she clearly have know idea what she was doing when it came to international packages, she spoke so rudely to us when we didn't put the zip code in the right box, accidentally hit the wrong button on the screen, etc etc. MARIANNE shouldn't work here at all, nevermind being the postmaster!

We came into the south Lynnfield post office today just before noon time and there was nobody at the passport desk. So we waited in line to get a passport done and we were treated so rudely by MARIANNE because it was now after 12 p.m. that I did not want my eleven-year-old to continue to listen to the way this woman was speaking to me. So we left. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service behavior by an employee and if I treated my patients this way I would lose my job.
