This will be the third time that my husband will have to fix our mailbox because the mail person is too lazy to drive up the driveway to deliver a package that won't fit in the mail box. We have them on camera punching the package into the mail box and when the flap wouldn't close, tugging it out so hard that the mail box is now not stable. The mailbox is for mail, not packages. We had a nice expensive mailbox, but after fixing that one twice we went to a cheaper one and now that post is broken. No respect for other peoples property.
Tracking on package states package held at post office per customer request. Absolutely not! I was home with my door open and one other package was left in my mailbox...at no time did I request package be held ...more like the package was found at the end of shift and didn't want to deliver it.
Went in at about 1:35 today, a no name tagged female employee standing at about 6 feet tall completely messed up my money order. On top of messing up my order, she continued to not only blame one, but TWO customers for the error. Although dealt with respectfully, we both left to calm down outside before continuing our order. Not only was the encounter not necessary, it was the complete opposite of customer service. I would recommend using the Postal Office in Rochdale, where attitudes regardless of personal opinion are positive.
Regular carrier on vacation, substitute carrier left outgoing mail in not just my mailbox but my neighbors mailbox on 6/27/17.
Bad business practice..... not sure where he or she was trained, I was a rural carrier years ago and would never have driven past not 1 but 2 mailboxes w/outgoing mail and flags up.
