Postal Locations

I Received a package today. The package had been sent December 30, 2019 and posted as two day priority mail. Today is January 14, 2020. There was no notification from the post office that we had a package waiting or could not be delivered. The individual who sent the package had to track it down. I am at home. I only discover the package when I walked outside and saw that it was on the ground. The package was placed directly on top of the grass and the downspout gutter out side my garage. I believe everyone knows we have had rain so I am curious as to why the package was placed there because it is of course wet. The package was not on the pavement, not inside the garage which was open. I am at home!! I have a porch, I have a mail box, a door bell, a door to knock on. The garage door was open. So... a second door to knock on. I am sure that every car since 1919 has a horn that could be used to alert someone of their presence. I apparently have a mail delivery person that is not meeting even very low expectations for delivery service. Just to be very clear, this is an ongoing issue and perhaps was one that the deliver person may have learned from the previous individual that held this post. It takes three days for any delivery to leave my mail box and get to Lexington. Service is sub-par at best. I am sure that I will get even worse service after this, but how much worse can it really get.

On March 11 send an envelope from Peru to "Asbury University", and still does not arrive, the website says that on April 1 the envelope (WILMORE, KY 40390) arrived at that office. It is an urgent envelope. Please, I need to know when you are going to deliver it.

Sorry but have been trying since 10am this morning about every 15 min to 1 hour.

Have tried calling all day long, constant busy, is phone off the hook???

Lack of professionalism with customers. Irritable.
