last month my water bill delivered to wrong address some one was kind enough to bring it to my mail box. This month lost my mortgage payment billing which was due on the first lot of mail received already opened
Our postman, Shawn/Sean (?) is the most amazing carrier we’ve ever had and we are 70+. Sadly, his sub is one of the worst leaving mail in the wrong box (neighbor brings it to us) or leaving outgoing mail in box. He has huge shoes to fill and sure doesn’t make much effort to fill them. Sean goes above and beyond expectation and we are spoiled.
I have been waitting on a kroger card to help with groceries as things are really hard during this time and my card was mailed on the 8th and it is now the 14th so I call post office and they tell me it could take up to 4 weeks and it's only a hour drive away. This is mailed from Oldham county to jessamine co and it could take up to 4 weeks and the card was taken straight to the post office!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe we want be sick from no food by than.
The Post office does it again! They are always saying something was delivered and it was not--it might have gotten delivered but not to my house! And now they have done it again!! When you call, you get an argument because their tracking says it was delivered! I hope whoever got my shape wear enjoys it and I hope it fits!
so this is the 3rd time calling to let the post office know my packages are being left at the end of my car port and not at my door. I called and was told that it was to keep the packages from getting wet, do not see how if there at the end of the car port , but that is just me. Have it all on camera showing how my packages are being treated. Something has got to change or I need to start posting videos. We all have bad days and all go threw tough times but if i where to do this to your stuff you would be worried to. Have had two packages stolen and would not like to lose anymore. Other then the packages they have been great and not mad or upset just think somethings should change .
I have a covered porch and my mail carrier puts some of my items by my garage and on rainy days it gets soaked. Electronics I ordered got wet and the box just fell apart. Please inform the postal carriers to put items on the front porch. thank you.
Supposed to receive a package yesterday that we paid extra to have delivered early and you say you can not access my front door? Ups left a package the same day why can't you? I needed this item for a baby shower tomorrow. Now of course it's the weekend and you are closed. Thanks a lot!
I received a notice that you could not leave my package at my front door since it was raining. All other deliveries are left at my door when it rains, they just put it in a plastic bag. So why can you not do the same? The reason we get packages at our front door is because we are so busy and out of town a lot so we cannot go shopping. The post office is a long way from my house and nowhere in the direction that I travel.
Please inform the mail carriers to put packages on porches,instead of stuffing them in mailboxs when they are to big for the box. this has happened numerous times to me and and this last package contents were damaged due to being stuffed in box and me haveing to pull it out ripping everthing. Thank you for stopping this from happening again.
