Postal Locations

On three occasions in the last six months I have had my medication delivered to my neighbor's mailbox (I live in an apartment) luckily my neighbor is an honest elderly lady and has brought them to me... What if she wasn't?? How would I get that medicine?? It would show it was delivered and they might think I'm just trying to get more... This is something that CANNOT HAPPEN....

I LIVE AT 521 SOUTH STREET APARTMENT A! HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE 7 YEARS! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! NOW I DON'T RECIVE ANY MAIL! PLUS THE TIMES OF DELIVERY CHANGED FROM 1- 2 TO 3-430! I WOULD JUST LIKE TO RECIEVE MY MAIL! I HAD PEOPLE LIVING WITH ME TEMPORARILY! I DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS THE SCREW UP OR WHAT! MY NABIOUR HAS BROUGHT ME MAIL ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS ALSO!

I have had a box here at the hospital for over 10 years without a problem. Since 8/12/19, we are not getting our mail. Did not receive mail on Monday, rec'd small amount of mail on Tuesday, after going to the Annex to report the problem and they called the carrier. ( I believe Monday mail is still missing, usually we get a lot of mail on Monday). We have not rec'd mail yet for today. This is a business and we need our mail. I have seen notes on the mailboxes downstairs, so I know other offices are having the same issues. Can we please get this problem corrected? Thank you.

Mail delivered in the Rowlandtown area, N. 13th/Rudy/Reed, etc. is habitually placed in the incorrect mailbox daily. Please have employees pay better attention when placing mail in mailboxes.
