Have been calling for hours and not one person knows how to answer the phone! It’s ridiculous

I have a package that they said what's delivered but that it never came I want to know if you do have the package

I have called several times and walked in several times and complained about the fact that the mailmen/women can not read and continue to put mail for OTHER people in my mailbox. I do not work for y’all and unless y’all are going to respond and ask for my direct deposit information tell that d@mn mail person to STOP putting mail for other people in my mailbox I am not the d@mn delivery man it’s not my job and my mailbox literally says DO NOT PUT MAIL FOR ANYONE OTHER THAN (my four letter last name that you CANT mess up). They are purposely doing this and pissing me off, at the same time people are missing very important letters and mailers due to delay in being mailed because your employees are slow. READ THE MAIL BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN THE BOX

Needing to pay for my P.o. box 721242 not able to pay my box renewal rent it is due by the 10 of march ! but box has been locked I know since March 7 2022 my work Schedule has prevented me from getting there on time in the evenings. But will be there first thing Monday morning March 14 2022 when you open

I run a business out of my house and important mail such as checks from customers, credit card bills, insurance documents aren’t being delivered. People calling me asking if we have moved because letters are being returned as undeliverable? This is unacceptable! Seems like I get mail every other day or every 2 to 3 days. I need to know what makes mail undeliverable since I haven’t had this problem ever at this address in 18 years.

This post office is so slow at at delivery and always late no matter what everything i have ordered always come late

Paid over $100.00 to have "priority " mail delivery once a week to Destin Florida. Suppose to leave Newport on a Wednesday and be delivered no later than Saturday of same week. Has happened once. This week has not arrived yet on a Monday, saw tne mail truck, but no mail.. So, do I get a refund? Better show up soon as we are out of condo we rent on this coming Saturday.

Had my mail held for 8 days over Thanksgiving week. When i went to pick it up I was told the mail courier must have it even though it was marked for pick. Got no mail. Returned following day and was told they didn't have anything but took my phone number.Next day no mail no call. Returned 3rd day supervisor found nothing but took my number. Now 2 weeks later never received held mail or phone call. Just call and admit you lost my mail, I'm okay with that

I live right down the street from the Newport Post Office and I have not had any mail in the last three days and that is unusual. Not even a piece of junk mail. What is going on?

I live in newport ky and I'm lucky to see a mail carrier twice a week. This week I'm relying on our mail carrier to deliver our mail. Its now 4:37pm and the 3rd day our mail man is m.i.a!!! I should be able to pick my mail up from post office when they haven't delivered my mail...........
