Postal Locations

I have friends and family members that are employees and work undher Todd Smith. This man is unprofessional, sexually harrasses the employees and is a racist, he lashes out at these vunerable employees, and holds them back from moving forward He an evil uneducated low grade Hillbilly working in this postion of Supervisor over the Covington, Kentucky Post Office. He needs to be removed as his abuse is beyond mental, physical abuse. He has been touching and threatening the women under his supervision. He uses his power and position to control/debase/setup an employee for failure. If there is anyone he has done this to please leave a coment as we need to actively seek for him to be fired, fined/ and sued

Mail man hasn’t delivered our mail in 4 weeks and Rashiida couldn’t be more unhelpful.

I just called and spoke with Kay at the Covington branch about a missing package, and she could not have been more pleasant, professional and helpful! So thankful for our hardworking postal workers.

Where can we relocate our mailbox. We would like to move it from the road to the other side of our sidewalk. Is that possible?. Thank you

I’m having personal issues with my carrier, he’s been VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & I’ve called to report him & now it’s getting worse. WHO CAN I CALL TO REPORT HIM??

I like this post office. Nice building, but it does have an old smell to it. Does anyone know how old it is?

I don't know what's going on but I am not receiving all of my mail and some of it is very important what is going on?

Ever since our regular mail girl retired earlier this year our mail service is lousy. Today was the last straw. I have been waiting for an HHGREGG ad to obtain a coupon for a Labor Day sale item. The circular came today. Note on the circular says : "Postmaster deliver August 23-25"and today is the 29th. Please deliver our mail in a more timely fashion. Thank you.

I haven't seen post lady in 3 days now and I have been expecting important mail. She drove down my street and she is a walker. After dropping something off on north linden she didn't even turn around just drove down my street and turned in the direction her car was already facing before turning.
