We were driving into Louisville on us60 and we were coming up on the house on the shelby county side of highview baptist. A usps van driver #0323117 pulled right out in front of moving car and almost hit her. He was off the side in this house drive, backed out into the road so we all slowed down but then he just whipped right out almost into her side.
When we got beside him he was eating potato chips while he was driving. This was at around 3:45pm.
Today April 4,2022 the mail carrier was seen stopping to retrieve outgoing mail at a residents mailbox then driving out of the neighborhood and not delivering anyone’s mail.
My location is the Villas at Persimmon Ridge.
That’s approximately 41 households that received no mail today. Not acceptable.
Hello, I am inquiring about a package that says it was delivered, and perhaps it was, but no to my mailbox. 9405508205498556217986 is the tracking number, and the mail did come unusually late last night, however, it was not there, neither was it in todays mail.
This is the 3rd time (that I'm aware of) with a purchase, that has not arrived for me.
Furthermore, we too, often receive our neighbors mail on a regular basis.
What can be done at this point?
I haven't received mail since Tuesday 1/4/2022. This is not the first time. Our street(Landmark) is skipped at least once a week and when it does come, it's very late after dark. Since our wonderful mail carrier retired, service had been very inefficient. This situation needs to be looked into and corrected.
Been calling for days and keep getting disconnected! Our mail has not been picked or delivered for an entire week! We are a business and MUST have consistent service! The mail has been anything but that. Most weeks we see the mailman about 3 times. If we do not receive an immediate response, we will be calling the Post Master and file a complaint!

I had a package delivered on 12/14/19 in my mailbox. It was jammed in
so tight I had to have help to get it out which took about 15 minutes.
It clearly should have been put at the door and ring my doorbell. I was home all day. My regular mailman is usually very conscientious.
I mailed a check to my lawyer and it was stamped by post office but not delivered. It was found by a church maintenance man while cleaning trash on the grounds. Fortunately he was honest and hand delivered to our return address 3 miles away????

DeJoy is the federal postmaster, appointed by President Trump. Since he has been in office, he has instituted "cost-cutting" measures that include no extra services and getting rid of mail-sorting machines, so mail has to be sorted by hand, as well as other measures which have had the overall result of slowing the mail down. DeJoy owns a delivery service himself, so does not have the national mail delivery service at heart.

I placed outgoing important mail in my box with the flag up.
It seemed the mail was extremely late since flag still up. Finally checked box at 5 pm, new mail added and my outgoing mail was still in box and flag still up. Had to make special trip to post office to put in their outgoing mail. Frustrating
Paid 24.70 for a GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY. The delivery was not completed. I went for a refund and the woman named "Dave" said the package has to be delivered for a refund to be completed. Yet, she had no idea where the package was. LOL
Long lines, nasty attitudes, the workers complain about EVERYTHING. Even "Dave" was complaining to another co-worker (in front of me) that a manager stepped away from her desk. Unprofessional.
I have an office nearby and i have told customers to NOT SEND ANY MAIL TO ME because the delivery person CAN'T GET IT INTO THE RIGHT MAIL SLOT EVEN THO THEY ARE CLEARLY MARKED!

Have had excellent delivery. I was supposed to get a delivery yesterday and the delivery person said he couldn’t deliver at 5:58 pm because nobody was home. I was eating dinner at home at this time. I live in Plainview, Judy has been our carrier for years and she's like family. She always was prompt and always gave us our correct mail. I understand she's no longer on our route, and whoever is doing it is beyond horrible. Never the right mail and tonight it came after 8pm. All the neighbors are having to deliver each other's mail to correct house bc the new carrier doesn't know how to read I guess. PATHETIC!!!! Changes need to be made.
We have lived at this address for 14 Years. Mail was promptly delivered by a friendly woman. A few months ago changes were made and the friendly woman was replaced by someone else. Now we do not know what time our mail will be delivered, but recently it has been around 6:00pm. Yesterday and today we received NO MAIL. I could count on one hand the number of times that has happened in the last 14 years. I am concerned!
I was on hold for 75 minutes today. When they finally answered I asked for a passport appointment and was hung up on. I tried during my hold time to get thru using my cell phone and I kept getting a busy signal so this made me think I'd better keep my current hold time. So much for wasting my time.

I) your phone is ALWAYS busy. 2) There are always lines.. long lines in the PO itself. 3) your website sent me to two private companies, charging extra fees to get my passport renewed. [unconscionable, when the State Dept is the direct route to take and the PROPER site to redirect an inquiry. The government is doing the citizen a horrible injustice by all this mis-direction. When is the re-alignment of this agency going to take place? Seriously!
