Horrible service!! Had a package that needed to be signed for, I work from home everyday and no one attempted to ring the doorbell to have me sign for it nor did I receive a slip to come to the post office to pick it up. Next thing I knew the tracking says I have to go pick it up. I call the post office for two days with no answer, then do a Redelivery online for the next day and it’s confirmed. Then I watch the mail man drive right past my house with no delivery again. I call the 1-800 to complain, no human to talk too. Leave my information for a call back. The next day the manager calls Doug Green, telling me my package was there on the shelf for pickup. I said no kidding I’ve scheduled a Redelivery and been home and no one has brought it. He was extremely rude, no apology for the inconvenience and I asked him what the deal was with the delivery being delayed and he said he didn’t know what happens on the road?? Well that’s probably the problem, you’re the manager and don’t know what your drivers do all day? And he should have looked at the tracking to see I have attempted a Redelivery and no one brought it. I can see online it’s at the post office waiting for pickup. Very unhelpful and acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting my item. I wish people would stop shipping items via USPS. No wonder this location only has like a one star rating.

I have tried to get my mail forwarded since 9/20/22. Still not receiving mail and it is 12/16/22. Important legal documents, ins. cards, credit cards have been sent to me at least 3X- still have not received. Called for days no response. Today I have called 6X!!!! Just horrible. Tried to put in a dispute with USPS headquarters 3 X they call the J town location who gives them the line "oh everything is fine with their forwarding". I am waiting on mail for almost 3 months now. no resolution!!!! Horrible location - this should be illegal.

Our business in the Bluegrass park has only received mail once in the past week. This has been going on for a few months. If this could be improved we would really appreciate it

We have had a business in the Industrial Park in J-Town for over 20 years now. I have never experienced mail delivery like it is today. This week we have had one day of delivery. Businesses depend on the mail everyday. The US Postal Service keeps increasing the postal rate, but the service is never improved. Something needs to change, this is ridiculous.

As a business in the Bluegrass Indutrial Park, we are disturbed by the current mail service. It is Thursday and we haven't received mail at all this week. I sent an inquiry early last week after late and missed deliveries and pick ups. While many businesses are being impacted by worker shortage and Covid, the USPS is a federal, essential service that is obviously not prepared for driver illness or turnover. We don't know when we will receive mail again and are left to wonder if there is any response to the problem. How can a business industrial park not receive mail delivery at all for numerous days? Is there any prioritization or organization to ensure some kind of schedule, even if it is delayed or delivered on designated days? Do we need to have mail held for pick up or enlist a PO Box? The cost has been raised significantly and the service has done nothing but diminished. There needs to be a proactive repsonse because the reactive strategy is not working.

Not only do I constantly receive other peoples mail in my mailbox and have packages frequently lost or stolen, but now our letter carrier has run into my car denting and scratching the rear corner, ran into my 1942 tractor damaging the steering sectors and got stuck in my landscape rocks.! And the post office will not answer their phone!

I have never complained about any of your service. I am always pleased. However, today the mail carrier put mail in my box but did not take the mail out of my box. I had cards and bills that needed to be attended to today. I do not understand why my mail was ignored. I am so upset and I don’t understand why this happened. Are you no longer taking mail from boxes?

Terrible service! I tried to call multiple times and the phone just rings - no one ever answers and then the quick busy signal. I did not receive mail for 4 days in a row, even though the automated email tells me I have mail coming (and this has always been accurate in the past). Not sure what's going on but this is TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I have tried to get ahold of the Jtown post office on many occasions but the line just goes to a busy signal after ringing for several minutes. I m trying to get the post master to complain about my postal delivery man who has not delivered my mail for many weeks. He left a green card in my mailbox with information about a vacancy in my box. I was very sick for several weeks so I didn’t get my mail so he took my name out of my box and left the green card. I filled out the card and left it in my mail box for him. He hasn’t delivered my mail since. Yesterday he left another green card in my box which had writing all over it. I filled it out again and left it in the box. This mailman is not doing his job!

Service gets worse all the time. Watched the truck come in at 8:30 and go down the road...finally came back passed our box which had the flag up. I had notice from a shipper that package was out for delivery via po today...I am missing a bill that should have come last week. Already contacted merchant and had them re- send. what is going on? Mail at 8 at night? We are less than mile from PO why do they not hit our street on the way out Taylorsville? We are 14 homes.

My customers package was delivered to her previous address, even though her change of address was effective A week before the package was actually delivered. She has had to go into this office at least three times to talk to someone. she is told that I have to file a claim… Which I had already done two weeks prior, The next visit they give her a number for me to call… And I have called multiple times on multiple days and it rings for over three minutes and no one ever answers. I have been in contact with the 1-800 USPS number (which is a freakin JOKE) wait times of 40 minutes to an hour and a half are unbelievable... three times I’ve had to wait to talk to someone who could not give me any information other than a phone number that doesn’t work. The last time I was told I would get a call back in 2 to 3 days, and it’s been a week and I still can’t get a hold of anyone. I wish there was someone somewhere that could do something about this pathetic customer service, but no one seems to care because there isn’t another option for their mail service.

Always long lines and under staffed in the post office. I mailed a priority letter to Frankfort on 2/8 and it still hasn't been received on 2/15! Customer service at the 800# has a call wait time of over an hour to follow up on my case after 48 hours, and the branch doesn't answer the phone. Someone needs to find and deliver the mail I sent as it's extremely important! Unbelievable, it all starts with the boss.

This is the worst USPS I have ever dealt with. Our mail is constantly going to the wrong houses. Sometimes we get other people's mail. And there have been multiple instances of the Jeffersontown Post Office messing up our forwarding from moving from Lexington. We constantly get mail that belongs to the old people. And mail that is addressed to my husband and myself to our NEW & current address has been sent to the previous owner's new house. We have also had mail addressed to our new address get delivered to J-town post office and then somehow make it back to our OLD address. The latest incident is we have a package that was delivered to a neighbor, and currently we don't know who. Seriously, how hard is it to match a name and address?????? This has gotten infuriating. At first it was laughable. Not anymore.
